"I now initiate the official meeting of the Silverfang council members."

Everyone was alerted. As the meeting began, all eyes turned to me as I spoke.

"I want to acknowledge that all board members received the notice for this meeting. Jessica, can you confirm if we have enough members for a quorum?" I asked my secretary.

She approached me, presenting a folder containing today's agenda. Notably, all individuals had already received their copies prior to my arrival. As I scanned its contents, my secretary proceeded on acknowledging the attendees.

After she was done, I acknowledged her with a nod and continued, "Each of you has received and had a chance to review the minutes from the previous meeting. Any revisions to the presented notes? If not, I propose we proceed with a motion."
