Chapter Thirty Three

ELYSIA'S POV:

The rest of the evening progressed with me staying put in my room and refusing to leave, then the fact that the Alpha would not miss a chance to yell at me got me upset, especially because he did not even bother finding out what happened before taking Alana's and Mitchelle's side against me.

I leaned by the window and let the cold evening air hit my face while I stared at the dark sky and the stars scattered all over. I could not help but admire how beautiful the sky looked at night.

Soon, I heard a soft knock on the door.

I was startled at first, but then I let out a deep sigh. It was definitely not the Alpha or one of the two witches the knock sounded too soft and calm to be either of them.

My first intentions were to lie still on my bed and ignore the knock, but then my curiosity got the better part of me and I found myself walking to the door.

A maid was standing at the door with a mug of hot sizzling chamomile tea and chocolates, presumably for me.
