Peyton The kiss is long and deep to the extent that my world begins spinning, with my knees growing weak and wobbly. Being beaten terribly by the rain, too many emotions twirling in my heart, and a thousand thoughts slamming through my mind, makes me feel foggy. But Killian's firm grip on the small of my back restrains me from falling, with his mouth never leaving mine as he kisses me like the way a thirsty man in a desert craves water. I've been kissed senselessly on several occasions by Lancelot, but not this way. Killian seems to be more experienced in kissing. Killian It's dawn and I haven't slept a wink since we returned from the forest. We couldn't even go on with what we had planned because of what happened. I am in Peyton's room. Last night we brought her in and the doctors attended to her. Cleansing the venom from the bruise and sewing it closes so she can heal quickly. Harry is lucky he escaped, otherwise I'd have broken all the limbs in his body, before knocking his head off. And I am still trying hard to believe that Peyton still tried to save me despite I humiliated her before the arrival of Harry and his men.
