Chapter 50: The Revelation

"Ella, wake up!"

Ella was half awake and could hear nothing but the voice of his older brother, who sounded hysterical. Lucas was jolting Ella, who was falling deep asleep. He was in a total state of panic and felt as if something bad had happened. Ella awoke from her sleep when Lucas yelled at her.

"Ella, wake up and get your ass out of the bed!"

"What the fuck, Lucas?" Ella's voice was raspy. She turns away from him and covers herself with a blanket, attempting to sleep again. "Fuck off," she yelled, "it's too early, and I've got plenty of time to sleep."

"Did you notice the pantry in the kitchen?" Lucas enquired.

Ella jumped out of bed when she remembered the groceries Edward had purchased the day before. She became concerned that someone had stolen the supplies in the pantry and rushed into the kitchen to investigate.

"Did the pantry supplies get stolen?"
