She was pleased with his character and attitude. She felt that he was quite different from Michael. At least he respected her and didn't ridicule her condition.

"Actually, Layla had always fantasized on having a beach wedding and I just want my daughter's fantasy to come through, so my take on this is for you to have a beach wedding, if that's fine by you," she said as she stared eagerly at him.
