Chapter Fifty six:

It's been a week of planning Maya's big surprise and Damian just couldn't wait to show it to her and get her reaction. There were two surprises, Damian was sure she was going to love it. He woke up earlier than his usual time and took a cold bath. After dressing, he planted a soft kiss on his wife's forehead and left. "Hey grandpa...." Damian said with a slight frown as he lifted Master Dan's luggage into the trunk. "Where's Maya?" Master Dan asked looking around. "In bed...I didn't want to wake her," Damian said slamming the trunk shut. He opened the passenger seat for Master Dan before settling in the driver's seat himself. "So you're a free man now, huh? What are you going to do about that woman?" Master Dan asked on their way home."She's getting what she deserves for messing with me," Damian simply said, his eyes fixed on the road.
