Christian’s Pov

The sound of loud moans and heavy grunts continuously leave the room.

I’ve never been one to care when a woman cries, yet something about seeing her shed tears over him makes an emotion rise in me.

Annoyance.

I hardly feel any emotions, and I definitely do not get annoyed… So what is it about my brother’s girlfriend that makes me keep feeling unlike myself?

My eyes drift down to her form and I watch as she places a hand over her mouth to stifle herself from crying out. The sight of it makes me feel another emotion yet I do not act on it. I stand as still as I can and I watch.

While she watches the scene unfolding in the room, I watch her. My eyes are trained on every muscle that twitches across her face.

I watch for anger, for rage. I want to see what she does.

Will she go in and confront him, yank her best friend’s hair and slap her boyfriend for good measure? Or will she walk away and act like nothing ever happened?
