“Well, you had a couple different ideas on a few buildings, so I got with the contractor and figured out which would be the best fit for the space and what renovations would be needed. Off of that, I chose what would be the best financial decision. Obviously, there is the gym for the warriors. All new and improved and even a room for you to work on your abilities.
