Lucy’s POV

I stood in the doorway, watching as Scott, Marvela, and Darian prepared to leave. A mix of emotions swirled inside me as I thought about the week that had passed since the wedding.

Their aunt had given Scott just a week to move to Moonstruck, and it had been a whirlwind of activity, with preparations for their move to the Moonstruck pack, where he would finally take on his role as alpha.

As I looked at Marvela, I couldn't help but think of Rosa. There was something about her that reminded me of my dear friend – the way she smiled, the sparkle in her eyes. We hadn't spent much time together, but in the little time we had, I felt a connection with her.
