Chapter 48

I don't know how many hours have passed. All I knew was that it was dark outside. I just stared at the window of the whole room. The room looks like a condo or hotel. But what makes me sick is these thin ropes that’s tied on both of my wrists. I can’t move comfortably. Fortunately the kidnappers never put the mouthpiece back in my mouth after I ate.

I heard a clicking noise from the door, someone is opening it. I tried to stay calm and close my eyes, trying to fake my sleep.

I could hear its footsteps approaching me. I’m not that scared anymore because I already know who the person behind it is, anyway, I still doubt her.

"I'm glad she's asleep," she said to herself. Her voice is still as sweet as honey.
