In no time Cassar entered the pack village.

Wolves lived throughout the whole territory, but the majority of the wolf families lived in the small town. Every pack had one, though Viribus’s town was bigger than others.

The village looked like a normal cluster of homes. Though it was designed to give wolves privacy away from prying human eyes.

If any wolf needed something they would have to travel to the closest human town for food, schooling, and more. Though every pack had a doctor who specialized in shifters.

Cassar neared an old house in the pack village, not far from the pack house. It was well taken care of with white siding and blue shutters.

The front door swung open, the wolves inside waiting for our arrival.

A male with grey curly hair rushed forward.

Cassar knelt down so the doctor could carefully pull me off of his back.

His hands were solid, yet gentle. He smelt like disinfectant and evergreen. Signs of a true wolf doctor.

The doctor held me up as we walked towards the pack
