Mag-log inThe ruthless Lycan Prince.
The man she had been trying to hide for years. He was standing right in front of her now.
Amelia saw his barbaric eyes wandering all over her body with that vicious smirk on his face. He started taking his predatory steps closer to her which made Amelia drag herself backward while being on the ground.
“D…don't. Stay there,” her words stuttered. All her life, she had been horrified of witnessing this moment when this cruel man would catch her and he finally did.
Her nightmare had found her.
Suddenly, Amelia felt her arms getting gripped and she was forced to stand up on her feet.
“Leave me. Don't touch me,” Amelia shouted at those Lycans, who were holding her arms.
“Leave me,” her words and struggles turned Callum's grin more predatory. Now he could clearly smell her scent of roses and lavender. He could clearly feel and identify her presence which her mate bond had been protecting from him all this time.
“No…leave me. Leave me,” tears filled her eyes as those Lycans didn’t free her from their grips.
“Leave her,” he uttered, smirking.
“We can’t dare to go against our wolf princess’s orders,” he spoke out, grinning more wickedly at her.
Amelia witnessed those Lycans aggressively pushing her away at his words and she directly landed in the arms of their brutal prince. She clutched his clothes to maintain her balance and his body felt stone hard to her, which startled Amelia but suddenly she realised something else too.
That mark on her chest had stopped burning and hurting in his embrace and she was feeling calm and normal now. But how? She could receive the cure of this pain only in the arms of her own fated mate then why this pain faded in the embrace of this ruthless man?
Amelia slowly took her head upward and found his diabolic eyes already on her. He looked more fatal from this close but she continued to stare into his eyes, unaware of how she had been holding onto him.
“I hope you are aware of who I am and what I am going to do to you, princess,” his deep voice snapped her back to reality. She looked down and finally realised she had been holding him like her life existed in him.
She immediately let go of his clothes and then backed away.
“I know who you are and what do you want from me but be man enough to pay for your own actions,” she tried to show her bravery because she had heard that the royal Lycan family had received that curse of infertility because of their own cruel doings and somehow her own life got attached to that curse.
“Already started questioning my manliness, wolf princess?” he took his steps closer to her whereas his words widened her eyes. She didn’t mean it like that.
Stopping right in front of her, he lowered his head and pushed it closer to hers.
“How about I show you how much of a man I am before killing you tonight?” He uttered to her with a devilish smirk and Amelia’s head immediately understood what he meant by those words of his.
Terror washed over her. She instantly recoiled back, making him chuckle.
“Seems like the wolf princess is terrified of knowing what kind of a man I am,” his words made the other Lycans laugh too who were the guards of the Lycans royal castle.
“Leave the princess,” Amelia saw that man, who was screaming for help, getting in between her and the Lycan Prince.
“Let her g….” That man couldn’t even complete his words and Amelia cupped her mouth in horror by seeing him grabbing the neck of that man and tearing him in two.
The man’s blood splashed all over his face and body, frightening her soul. How could someone be this feral?
With his clenched jaw, Callum threw that man’s body on the ground and then looked at her. His smirk came back by seeing that look of horror on her face.
He took his remaining steps closer to her, who had completely frozen in her place. Her glossy eyes were fixed at that man’s torn body.
“Did this scare, my wolf princess?” Callum whispered in her ear. She remained numb.
“He decided to show his loyalty towards your father by not only refusing to tell me anything about you but he tried to shield you from me so….” He breathed out in her ear.
His words made her understand that that man was a werewolf who used to work for her father and he lost his life while trying to protect her from this monster.
“He needed to die, wolf princess,”
She finally turned her head in his direction and hatred burnt in her heart for that vicious man, along with horror. Now she was feeling petrified of this cruel beast.
Clenching her fists, Amelia tried to run away but ended up getting caught by him instantly. He slammed her against his chest.
“I am done with this game of hide and seek, princess,” he uttered to her, peering into her shimmering green eyes.
“Because now we are going to play the game of your death and suffering,” he smirked, horrifying her more.
“No…leave me. Don't….” Amelia gasped when he grabbed her waist and threw her over his shoulder like she weighed a feather.
“Leave me. Leave me…, ,” she started hitting his back, even though it was hurting her own fists.
“You will forever remember this night, wolf princess,” his mother numbed her soul.
“Let me go, you monster. Leave me….” She shouted at him while hitting his back as hard as she could but he just started walking away from there with her.
Now what cruelty this night was going to show her and how sinfully in the arms of this sinister Lycan Prince?
With an aching heart, Anisia saw him standing right in front of her. His hazel eyes stared at her with no emotions, or with an emotion which she was too messed up to understand at that moment.Anisia saw Nevan taking his strides closer to her. His every step accelerated the beating of her heart because it was igniting that irrational hope inside her that he was going to stop her….the hope for staying here with him forever. His steps paused right in front of her.“You are forgetting this here,” Anisia heard him and witnessed him lifting his hand where he was holding that pendant and chain, which she had taken from her mother and which belonged to his mother.Callum had taken that pendant and chain from her in the beginning, so she never tried to get it back, knowing it had reached its real owner which was Amelia.“Take it,” he said to her. For a brief moment, Anisia stared at that pendant. That pendant, which had taken her here, which had taken her to him…to that man, to whom she had
Her glossy eyes stared into his hazel ones with that only question that….did last night meant nothing to him except for a part of their deal? Didn't he feel anything for her last night? Just for once, didn't she succeed in entering into his heart last night? Was last night just a condition and cost? Not a longing and love?“What do you want at the cost of last night, Anisia?” His question caused another tear to fall from her eyes. His gaze followed the direction of her tears which he tried to wipe but this time, Anisia stopped him by gripping his wrist. He looked into her eyes where he witnessed her pain converting into anger, and somehow, he knew exactly for what reason.Anisia pushed his hand away from her face.“The cost I want for last night is that last night should be the only moment where you touched me,” she spoke out, wiping her tears away with her own hand. Her choice of words made him clench his palms but his facial expression remained unchanged. “You will get your cost,”
The rays of the warm morning entered the room and woke Anisia up from her peaceful sleep. She slowly unlatched her lashes and blinked in order to adjust her vision. A soft yawn escaped from her mouth. She got up and sat on the bed. Like her usual habit, she attempted to stretch her body but the second she did it, she felt that soreness in her lower body which made her hiss in pain, and that hiss immediately made her recall everything that had happened last night. Everything that had happened between her and him.Her eyes widened. She instantly pulled the duvet away from her body and looked inside it where she found herself completely naked under that duvet. Her naked body made it clear for her to understand that it was not a dream. Last night was real.Everything that had happened last night was not her hallucination. She lost her virginity to him…to that ruthless Lycan Prince, to her husband….who behaved so gently and carefully with her last night that her heart had already started
Terrified, Anisia stared into his glowing crimson eyes, which made her aware of the deadly beast standing in front of her and what he was wanting from her.She swallowed and clutched the front part of her clothes.“Can we d…delay this for some time please?” her tone came out as a begging which made him clench his jaw. He took his steps closer to her, almost huntingly.Anisia could feel each and every nerve inside her body tightening in dread with every step of his getting closer to her direction. His steps paused right in front of her, which made her lower her head before him. Her grip tightened around her own self, feeling his warmth covering her, and even in that moment, she could feel the warmth of his body calming her down. She didn't know how could this be possible that the man, whose presence was terrifying her so much, his warmth was making her feel secure and safe. Was it the effect of their matebond and the fact that now they both were married to each other? She could not un
Terrified, Anisia peered into those reddened eyes of his which were burning like flames of an erupting volcano.“You know what, human?” Nevan gripped her jaw a little more tightly, filling her with more fear. She knew his inner powers might have started taking charge over him and at this moment, triggering him could result in many more destructive things for her and the people around her.She needed to deal with him calmly.“We are extremely possessive of our mate….” He pushed his mouth closer to hers. Anisia could feel his breathing labouring. His jaw was tightly set. The tip of his ears had started reddening, making her aware that this might be the effect of their matebond. His jealousy was igniting his inner powers.Anisia could feel his body temperature rising.“Almost territorial….and I despised even just the thought of letting some other men touch you,” he growled at her. Anisia swallowed to calm herself down.“M…Miguel is just my friend. We were just da….” “I don't care what y
“This gathering seems amazing. What do you think, Ana?” Miguel uttered. Anisia passed him a nod, along with a forced smile because her mind was completely occupied by the deadline of an hour which was running out with every passing second.Miguel grinned at her but then they both noticed Mindy staring in a certain direction with her eyes completely focused. A certain kind of gloomy look was plastered on her face.Anisia trailed her eyes towards the direction Mindy was staring at and there she found Mindy gazing at Princess Jaelyna, who was talking to her parents with a wide smile on her face as her parents were saying something to her which was making her laugh. “Mindy….” Anisia called Mindy, who shook herself before looking at her.“What happened?” Anisia asked her but what she noticed ached her heart. She saw Mindy wiping the corner of her eyes, which made it evident for her to understand that she had been trying to hide her tears.“Nothing. It's just…. nothing,” Mindy said to her
