Chapter 1

chapter 1

Georgia stood at a secluded spot as she watched her parents get ready.

“Mom, how do I look?" Her sister, Serefina asked, admiring herself in the mirror that stood in front of her.

“You look stunning my dear.." Their mother, Jane, replied by blowing a kiss at her daughter.

Georgia's heart swelled with love and pride as she watched her family get ready for the evening's festivities. Serefina looked stunning in her elegant gown, and their mother, Jane, looked radiant in her own exquisite dress.

Georgia felt grateful to be a part of such a beautiful, loving family.

But as the moment passed, a pang of sadness hit her heart, if only she could be a part of them.

She was ousted by her family.

“Are you not getting ready?" Serefina asked, turning to Georgia.

“I will... “ Georgia replied in a low voice.

" Then get going! “ Serefina snapped at her.

" Don't try to be unfortunate and make us late.. “ she rolled her eyes.

Georgia straightened herself up and she walked into the closet to get dressed.

" So annoying... “ Serefina mumbled with a frown as Georgia walked away.

" Mom, how do I look in this? “ She asked gleefully, raising up a diamond necklace.

Jane looked at the necklace, her eyes lighting up.

"Oh, Serefina, that's gorgeous!" she exclaimed, her face glowing with pride.

"I can't believe you've grown into such a beautiful young woman. You're the spitting image of your mother."

Serefina beamed, her cheeks pink with happiness. "Thank you, Mom," she said, her voice full of joy. "I love you so much."

Jane smiled and embraced her daughter. "I love you too, my darling girl. Now, let's get you ready for the evening. We don't want to keep your father waiting..” she said, arranging Jane's hair.

" Now where's that girl, Georgia!!!" Jane yelled at the top of her voice.

“I'm coming, just a second..” Georgia replied from inside as she quickly got dressed.

She did not want to make her mother or sister angry tonight. She quickly got dressed and she stepped out of the closet.

" I'm ready.. '' she announced and Serefina's smile fell the moment she saw Georgia's dress.

"What are you wearing?" Serefina demanded, her eyes narrowed in jealousy.

Georgia looked so pretty in the dress and she wanted it.

" Mom!” Serefina called accusingly as she turned to her mother.

" Yes dear, do you need anything? "

“Where did you get Georgia that dress.." she pointed at the dress.

“Why dear, your father bought a lot for you to choose from.." Jane pointed out and Serefina even frowned the more.

" I want it!!" She blurted out defiantly.

Jane's eyes widened in surprise, and she looked at Serefina in disbelief.

"You want Georgia's dress?" she asked, her voice incredulous.

"But it's hers! She's already wearing it!"

Serefina crossed her arms and frowned.

"Well, I want it too!" she insisted.

"You should have gotten me something like that instead of those boring dresses."

Jane sighed as she faced Georgia.

" Give the dress to your sister.. “ she ordered as Georgia froze.

" Huh? “ She stammered in surprise.

" You heard Mom!! “ Serefina snapped at her.

" Pull off the dress and give it to me.. “ she demanded like the spoiled child she was.

Georgia hesitated, feeling torn.

The dress had been a gift from her friend and it was the only thing she had to wear to the ball.

But she also didn't want to disappoint her mother.

Finally, she took a deep breath and reached for the zipper at the back of the dress.

Slowly, she pulled it down and let the dress fall to the floor. She stepped out of it, feeling vulnerable and exposed in just her undergarments.

"There," she said, her voice shaking. "You can have it."

Serefina beamed, then scooped up the dress and ran off to change into it.

“How do I look, mother?" She grinned as her mother gave her thumbs off.

*Perfect, now the Aloha would not be able to take his eyes off me.. “ she jumped happily and she snapped her back at Georgia.

" Why are you standing there? Get dressed unless you're ready to receive an earful from Dad.. “ she said harshly at her little sister, Georgia who bowed her head.

A hot tear slid down Georgia's cheek, and she tried to blink it away before Serefina noticed. She felt angry and hurt, and she wished she could just run away and hide. But she knew she couldn't. She had to stay and face the music, no matter how much it hurt it felt.

“Get something else to wear.." Her mother instructed leaving with Serefina.

That's how it had always been, she was the least favorite daughter.

They all loved Serefina and did everything she asked, even though she was the eldest daughter.

Georgia's heart sank as she watched them leave. She felt like she was invisible like she didn't matter to anyone. It was a feeling she had become all too familiar with over the years.

She went to her closet and pulled out another dress, a simple blue gown that she had always liked. It was nothing fancy, but it was comfortable and made her feel like herself.

Slowly, she dressed herself and ran a brush through her hair. She didn't have time for anything fancy, so she simply pulled it back into a low bun.

She looked at herself, feeling content with her new look.

The Alpha was throwing a party for the newly appointed officials and they were invited as her father held a high position in the pack.

As Georgia stood there, she thought about what the party would be like. She imagined the hall filled with people, all dressed in their finest clothes. She really didn't want to go but she was forced by her mother.

Taking a deep breath, she grabbed a small purse and made her way out of the room.

… … .

Two cars parked in front of a very big building, the Palace of the Blue Moon Pack.

Georgia's parents stepped out of one, her and her sister, the other.

Georgia took a deep breath as she looked up at the palace. It was an impressive building, with high towers and grand columns. The front entrance was decorated with beautiful carvings and flowers. It was like something out of a fairy tale, and Georgia couldn't help but feel a little bit awed by it all.

“It's beautiful right?" Georgia asked her sister, smiling.

But Serefina looked at her with a frown.

“Don't feel we're friends and that you can ask me questions. Now stay away from me! “ She fired as she walked away from where Georgia stood.

Georgia always wondered what she must have done to deserve that treatment from her sister.

They all went into the building. The hall was filled with guests as they spoke to one another in hushed tones.

Her parents went to say hi to their friends, and Serefina did the same.

Georgia was all alone. She went to stand at a corner and she watched what was going on.

She was still enjoying her view when a man suddenly appeared in front of her.

He grabbed her wrist, taking her unaware as he took her to the middle of the hall.

Georgia was in shock as she wondered what was happening, Then she felt it, what she'd never think she'd feel, the thing that made her parents so mad at her. The mate bond. She found her mate at last, but who was the scary man that seemed to be her mate?

chapter 2
“What nonsense.. “ Georgia heard him hiss in danger as she wondered why he acted that way. She always wanted to meet her mate the moment she clocked eighteen but that never happened and she received multiple insults from home, but there he was holding her and she could feel the strong connection between them. Suddenly, everything made sense. The strong connection, the feeling of belonging, the rush of happiness. Jared was her mate. And she was his. She looked into his eyes, and she saw the same nothing but hatred Jared was the Alpha of the blue moon pack. The man who was hosting the party. "I can't believe it," she whispered, feeling so happy not caring about the hatred she had perceived from Jared, she felt happy that she'd finally get a mate to love her but what came next broke her completely. “The moon goddess can't be serious.." he chuckled as his voice vibrated in the whole room. “A weak Omega like you can never rule beside me..” he shook his head dismissively and Georgia fe

chapter 3
Georgia woke up in the middle of the night, feeling pains all over her body. She stood up weakly from the bed, put on her clothes, and slowly left the room. Last night was a nightmare for her, she was raped by a stranger as he drove in and out of her repeatedly that night. She couldn't even see his face. Could her life get any worse? From being rejected to getting raped. She was the perfect definition of bad luck. Georgia's body felt heavy, as though each movement took all her strength. She stumbled out of the room, feeling disgusted and irritated. She tried to remember the face of who had raped her, but couldn't. He left her there like the heartless beast he was after he used her like he wanted. It was already night almost morning, the party was over. She had no idea where her family was, all she knew was that she had to get out of there, to find somewhere safe. She made her way down the hall, trying to remain quiet so as not to alert anyone to her presence, slowly and slowly sh

chapter 4
Georgia sat on the cold ground, hugging herself tightly. The door slammed shut behind her, and cruel laughter erupted from inside. "Finally, the disgrace is gone!" Serefina sneered. "Did you see her face?" another voice mocked. "She actually thought someone would believe her lies. A forced pregnancy? Please. She probably spread her legs for anyone who asked." "Filthy slut," someone muttered. Georgia clenched her fists, nails digging into her palms. She wouldn't cry. Not here. Not now. “She got what she deserved,” another voice chimed in. “What kind of woman doesn’t even know who the father of her child is?” "She’s lucky Alpha Zane didn’t have her executed," someone added. A sharp giggle rang out. "Maybe that’s why he rejected her that night. He must’ve realized she’s been sleeping around," a woman said, her voice laced with amusement. "Of course! No Alpha would want a used-up whore," another voice sneered. Laughter erupted around her, echoing like cruel whis

chapter 5
The warmth of strong arms wrapped around Georgia, pulling her from the abyss of unconsciousness. She was barely aware of the soft murmurs, the gentle hands smoothing back her tangled hair."Georgia… Can you hear me?"The voice was familiar. Soft yet urgent. Her eyelids fluttered open, but the world was blurry. Shadows danced around her, and her body felt like lead, too weak to move. A shiver wracked her frame, and something warm was draped over her."You're safe now," the voice whispered.A face came into focus. Big brown eyes filled with worry. A familiar warmth."Anna…" Georgia rasped.Anna’s face crumpled with relief. "Oh, thank the Goddess!" She pulled Georgia into her arms, hugging her tightly. "I thought I lost you!"Tears slipped down Georgia’s cheeks. The weight of everything, the rejection, the humiliation, the pain, came crashing down all at once. A broken sob tore from her throat, and she clung to Anna as if letting go would shatter her completely.Anna rocked her gently, w

chapter 6
"Wake up! Wake up!”, Georgia!" Anna’s voice was frantic, shaking her hard. "You’re burning up!" Georgia gasped, her body jerking awake, and her eyes flying open. Sweat drenched her skin, her body trembling violently. Pain clawed through her, deep and relentless. The memories… the nightmares… they never left her alone. She barely registered where she was until Anna cupped her face, forcing her to focus. "Stay with me, G. Breathe," Anna commanded, her tone firm yet desperate. Georgia’s chest heaved as she sucked in ragged breaths. The scent of damp earth and old wood filled her nose, the tiny cabin Anna had found for them, hidden away from the pack. Safe. For now. But she wasn’t safe. Not from herself. Her hand instinctively went to her belly, feeling the tiny swell beneath her palm. The reminder sent a wave of nausea rolling through her. "I can’t do this," she whispered, her voice barely there. Anna’s eyes darkened. "Yes, you can." "No, Anna! I can’t!" Georgia pushed

chapter 7
The pain hit out of nowhere. Georgia gasped, her body curling in on itself as a sharp, unbearable pressure wrapped around her belly. For a second, she thought it was just another cramp, another one of those miserable pains she’d been getting for weeks now. But then it came again, stronger this time, ripping through her like claws dragging down her spine. Her breath hitched. No. No, not today. She wasn’t ready. Her hands trembled as she clutched her belly, her heart hammering so hard it felt like it might burst. The baby, no, the babies, they weren’t supposed to come yet. She still had time. Didn’t she? Anna was outside hanging clothes when Georgia’s legs suddenly buckled beneath her. A strangled cry tore from her throat as she collapsed onto the wooden floor. "Anna!" Her voice was hoarse, desperate. Footsteps pounded against the floorboards. The door slammed open. "Georgia?" Georgia couldn’t answer. Another contraction ripped through her, and this time, her vision bl

chapter 8
Georgia's body was numb, her breath shallow. She was falling, deep, heavy, sinking into nothingness. But something yanked her back. A sound. Small, fragile cries. Her babies. Her eyes snapped open, her vision blurring before sharpening again. The wooden ceiling above her swayed, and for a second, she didn’t know where she was. Then the pain hit. Her entire body ached like she had been trampled by a pack of wolves. Her arms felt weak, trembling as she pushed herself up. The weight in her lap shifted, and she looked down. Three tiny bundles. Her heart clenched. They were safe. A choked sob rose in her throat as she touched each of their faces, their warmth grounding her. She had survived. They had survived. "Georgia!" Anna’s voice was sharp with relief, and a second later, hands gripped her shoulders. Georgia turned, blinking at Anna’s worried face. "You scared the hell out of me!" Anna exhaled heavily, running a hand through her disheveled hair. "I thought you"

chapter 9
"Who’s there?!"Georgia’s voice cut through the silence, sharp and commanding. She spun around, her heartbeat hammering against her ribs. The cabin door stood slightly open, swinging ever so gently as if someone had just slipped inside, or out. Her grip tightened around the blade in her hand. She had locked that door. The night air slithered in through the gap, carrying the scent of damp earth and something else… something rotten. A footstep. Soft. Slow. Deliberate. Her blood ran cold. She wasn’t imagining it. Something, or someone was in here with her. The wooden floor creaked. Another step. Her eyes darted toward the shadows near the cupboard. A shape moved, shifting ever so slightly. Georgia’s breath caught in her throat. Her fingers flexed around the knife handle as she took a step forward. Creeeak.Another step. Her instincts screamed at her to wake the children, to run, to fight, but she refused to panic. Instead, she forced herself forward, inch by inch, u

chapter 10
“I can't do this, Anna."Georgia's voice was sharp, her pulse pounding in her ears. She clenched her fists, the letter still crumpled in Anna’s trembling hands. The fire crackled behind them, casting flickering shadows across the cabin walls. Anna took a desperate step forward. “Please, Georgia. I need you. I can’t do this alone.” Her voice cracked, the raw emotion behind it twisting something deep in Georgia’s chest. “You don’t understand.” Georgia’s throat tightened. “If I go back… I’m not sure I’ll ever leave again.” Anna shook her head violently. “No. That won’t happen. You’re not the same girl you were back then. You’re stronger. You’ve built a life. You’ve built a family.” She gestured toward the small room where the triplets were sleeping soundly. “You are *not* weak anymore, Georgia.” Georgia swallowed hard, her body tense. Anna’s voice softened. “Look, I swear, you won’t have to see them. You won’t have to face anything you don’t want to. I just… I just need someone
