Pearl's POV

As I walked hand in hand with Eden to the cafeteria, I felt an indescribable sensation wash over me. It was as if I was floating on air, my feet barely touching the ground. My gloomy mood had vanished, replaced by a cloud of happiness that surrounded me.

I glanced up at Eden, my bright blue eyes meeting his piercing blue gaze. His chiseled features were relaxed, his refined nose and sharp jawline accentuated by his calm expression. His dark hair fell across his forehead, framing his face.

I felt a flutter in my stomach, a strange, exciting feeling that nudged and hit me like waves. My cheeks flushed, and I looked away, trying to compose myself. Eden's silence gave me the opportunity to appreciate his lovely scent and admire his beautiful face.
