Tobi stared at me and sat beside me.

“I knew you were pregnant.” He said.

I looked at him shocked, how did he know?

“How did you know?” I asked.

He pressed his lips together before staring at me again.

“Symptoms, you were showing pregnancy and symptoms and I got sure of it when the house helper got your trash from your bathroom.” He replied.

The pregnancy test, I should have thrown it somewhere else

I remained quiet until Tobi’s phone rang and he stood up.

‘I just went out to pick Andrea up, we’re on our way now.’ He said and put back his phone in his pocket.

He looked at me.

“We have to go, they’re waiting for us.” He said.

I nodded and walked towards his car.

When we reached their house, lights and music could be heard from the outside. Cars were packed outside their home, guests must have arrived already.
