Chapter 16

Today is graduation day, and people are flocked to the school right now. Everyone is anticipating their moment in walking down the stage with their diplomas in their hands.

“Can you at least smile?” Rachel said.

We are now seated at the student's section, while our parents watch on the benches.

“I’m not really feeling good right now, I just want this to finish and go home,” I replied.

Rachel shook her head while Maria handed me a bottle of water.

“Keep yourself hydrated,” She said then leaned into my ears. “There’s a baby in your belly.”

I nodded and drank from the bottle of water.

Moments later, I was called on stage to give my summa cum laude speech but I didn’t have one.

So I made the speech short.

“I hope that each of you, my fellow classmates, blockmates, schoolmates, and friends will have a wonderful life ahead of you. Congratulations everyone!”
