"Emily Parker, I promise you, you won't get away with this," Tony swore furiously after Emily had broken up with him, ripping him dry out of his pocket.
Days ago they were really cool and were literally the best couple in town. Going on different vacations and having so much fun.
Tony had actually thought that he had found the love of his life this time around and was grateful he had broken up with his three-year girlfriend. How would he have known that he had only jumped into fire?
He could only watch in pain and in vengeance as his empire built on years of hard work collapsed before him in debt. He was really foolish trying to impress a woman he didn't even know her origin or where she came from.
The only thing he could remember was meeting her at a club that night. Her elegance was able to draw him in that he lost his mind.
She looked so divinely beautiful, like an angel that God designed specially for him and gave to him.
But now, not only had she left him in his crisis, she had called him foolish and a man with poor judgement on the grounds that she never begged him to spoil her.
He did it all on his own accord, which was a good reason valid before the court.

Emily Parker walked inside the five-star restaurant, her glass heels clicking softly and gently against the marble floor, which was enough to explain her essence.
Her hair was let loose, freely hanging at her waist length, her silver dangling earrings in place as well as her simple but radiating necklace hanging neatly round her neck, resting peacefully down her collar bone.
She wore an elegant black A-line midi dress which made her presence effortlessly polished.
Her silver purse was held in place as she walked in, her dress exposing her thigh just enough to grab attention.
She walked to table eight which was situated at a distant corner and her gaze fell on the timid young lady before her.
The young lady before her stood immediately as Emily sat down before sitting back at her seat.
"What would you like to have?" The lady asked.
"A glass of Chateau Mouton Rothschild red wine," Emily replied and her eyes settled on the fragile lady before her.
It was obvious she has nothing. She had given her all to her useless boyfriend who had ripped her off and betrayed her.
The lady's hands twitched on her dress with her head low like she had lost all essence and confidence in herself.
"You shouldn't just ask people what they want if you can't afford the world to give them. You should always offer the world what you want and not what it needs because the world is really capable of destroying you without a second thought or consideration of the things you have done or sacrificed for it," Emily spoke.
She pulled out a file and placed it on the table and the lady before her arched a brow.
"Take this," Emily gave the file a small push. "I am not really this graceful but since you are my last client before a break, this is my gift for you. Don't be reckless and protect yourself in this world."
"No one is coming to save you, you can only save yourself. And trust me when I say that all women are beautiful, it only matters how you present yourself. Don't rely too much on men because they are all bunch of idiots," she stood to her feet, pushing aside strands of her hair at the corner of her ear perfectly, she walked away.
She had taken a lot of clients since her twentieth birthday and had been in this business for straight eight years, always helping ladies to take revenge on their dumbass ex-boyfriends.
To everyone she was helping but to her she was only making her money by ripping both her clients and the prey off their money and always got away with it.
She is the true heir of the Parker family and has always been favoured by men since she was little.
With so many jobs she had taken, she had never seen a dumbass ex like the one she just took care of and at the same time she has never seen a lady as foolish as the lady sitting down in that restaurant.
"Maybe she had really served the Lord enough for him to take mercy on her and give her another chance to start anew," Emily shook her head pitifully and gave a smile.
Emily arrived at her apartment, tossing her shoes aside and her purse on the chair, tying her hair in a ponytail before changing her outfit into a more comfortable short and shirt.
She was really exhausted for the day. She jumped on the couch, grabbing the popcorn that was sitting on the table behind and turned on the television.
"Adrian, the best football player in Olympics," the TV news announced.
Recorded from the last match, Adrian Williams was able to score two goals against his opponent team within zero minutes and indeed that is massive.
"He has the highest goal score within the last seven years and still counting," the news displayed Adrian scoring goals on different occasions throughout his football journey.
"I have never seen a baller that is so good and still handsome like Adrian Williams," Emily screamed on top of her voice.
"So today at six PM, exactly thirty minutes from now, we all will be watching Adrian Williams score another goal and cheer him on at the same time," the news continued.
So Adrian, your fans are really excited right now and wish to hear a word from you, is there anything you have to say to every one of your fans watching you right now? The reporter asked him.
Adrian smiled. "Of course, why won't I have a thing to say to my beautiful and handsome fans? Actually I don't have much to say but I want you all to know that your support is actually what brought me this far and I will always appreciate that. Stay stunned and stay focused. I love you all," Adrian displayed a heart with his hands in gesture.
"Wow!! Wow!! What a wonderful speech from a great footballer," the reporter said, wiping the fake tears that were threatening to leave his eyes.
I was deeply touched by that statement, what about you?
Emily brought out her phone and took a picture of Adrian from the television. And now looking round her house she shook her head helplessly.
Different pictures of Adrian were surrounding her, both his statue, magazines, portraits. She was indeed an obsessed fan.
Her hand reached for the magazine that was on the table. She flipped the pages until she reached the last page, she turned the back and her hands gently creased the autograph at the back.
She was really very lucky back then to have gotten this autograph. She had travelled all the way from New York to Singapore because she heard that Adrian would be live there.
A sigh escaped her lips and with a little hesitation she kept back the magazine in its previous position. She dropped the popcorn that was on her thigh on the couch and stood, walking to her fridge.
She opened it and brought out a bottle of beer and uncapped it with her teeth in excitement and at that moment the doorbell rang.
"He was fast," she commented, walking to the door to grab her order.
The aroma was indeed great and since the aroma is as good as this she wondered how the fried chicken would taste, her mouth watered from the thought.
It was six PM already and the football had commenced, she was all ready and relaxed, enjoying her life as she watched her favorite man on the TV show.
There was her, at least in this little space of hers she doesn't have to pretend to be almighty. It is just her, Emily Parker, the legitimate but abandoned heiress of the Hanthons.
"She left New York to which city?" Edward asked. "I mean, why would she be leaving New York?""I wouldn't know that," Christopher said immediately, raising his hands up.Edward turned to Donald."Me neither, but there is a rumor on the social media that she was travelling to Singapore, although the source isn't verified," Donald spoke."To Singapore?" Edward smirked.Donald and Christopher exchanged a glance."Don't tell me you are going to go after her to Singapore," Christopher voiced out in curiosity.
Edward walked inside his villa with a smile after another night of smuggling at the club."Mom," he uttered in shock, seeing his mom sitting on the cushion, his life almost left him."What are you doing here, Mom, instead of being at your husband's mansion?""You look scared," Old Mrs Yates pointed out."You are funny, Mom," Edward gave out an awkward laugh. "You are in my house, so why should I be scared?" He stood his ground.Mrs Yates stood and walked to him, touching his hair gently."You are really scaring me now, Mom," Edward fidgeted."I just missed you, and at the same time I really want to have a conversation with you," she said with a calm voice, retreating her hands."What do you want to talk about, Mom? Don't worry, if you need anything, you can always ask the maids and they will get it for you.""Which maids are you talking about? Because right now I am not seeing any of them."Yes, indeed, something really felt off. The maids are always lined up waiting for him to come b
"I am never going to be Mr Yates' wife, Mom. Dad," Sandra was at the peak of tears."If I could really do it, I would have done it, but going into the Yates family is just like committing suicide.I am your daughter and heir to the company, my life is worth gold. Emily is really in the perfect fit to go into the marriage alliance with the Yates. She is bold and is familiar with different men, so I am sure she will know how to keep the dog in place.I am not trying to badmouth my sister, but I am really scared, Dad.""Calm down, Sandra, I won't be marrying you off to the Yates," Mr Hanthon spoke and then turned to his wife. "Why isn't Emily here yet? Didn't I ask you to go get her?If she refuses to come by herself, we will then hire street thugs to drag her here. She knows how to play around with men but doesn't know how to pay respect to her family.I really wonder if she is my daughter or a street rag picked from the hospital. She can't learn from her younger sister and be reserved
"I think it's her, what is she doing in a place like this" Christopher asked surprised."Who is that?" Edward lazily asked unbothered by whosoever that they were talking about."Emily Parker, you are so familiar with girls dude how come you haven't heard of her Edward? She is really a full package with a pretty face" Donald answered. She had dated a lot of men since her twenties, although they are so many rumors around it that she had always dated for money and ends up leaving her prey once she had sucked them dry.Edward finally opened his eyes giving the lady beside him a signal to stop. "Interesting" he said and what else?"Don't tell me you already have your eyes on her Edward, I don't think you would stand a chance. After hearing that she was into rich heirs who was ready to spend endlessly on her, I decided to give a shot but she didn't spare me a glance talk more of giving me a rejection " Donald explained.Edward scoffed. "So she rejected you ?" He asked to confirm."I am sure
The doorbell rang, jolting Emily off the couch."Who is that? So early in the morning, I have already retired. Can't I really have a moment of peace? I wasn't the one that asked you guys to cheat on your partners. What does that have to do with me, huh? I was only doing my job," she rolled on the floor, whining. She ran her hand roughly through her hair in frustration.Everyone thought that Miss Emily Parker really had the perfect life, but what they didn't know was that there was nothing like a perfect life. They envied her but never knew that there was always a price she had to pay.She stood and walked to the computer screen and, seeing those familiar faces standing outside her door, her hands hit her forehead, resetting her brain. She immediately turned to her room and rushed back, making sure to clear every trace of alcohol or junk at sight and re-arranging her couch, tossing the remaining fried chicken and popcorn under her couch in a hurry. She didn't forget to arrange her hair
