Seventeen: A new threat

Cookie ran out into the hallway, looking for an empty room where she could hide away from Jamie and every other person that might have seen her. All she wanted was to be alone with her feelings. With the tears blurring her vision, she ran farther into the hallway, testing the handles of all the doors until she finally found one that was open. Quickly, she pulled it open and got in but the moment she tried shutting it, a hand grabbed onto the edge of the door, forcing her to keep it open. A gasp flew out of her lips as the door was shoved open, and she saw Jamie standing there with a remorseful expression etched on his face.

There's a difference, a huge one, between not wanting a relationship only a fling, and betraying someone's trust, faking not knowing her for someone as low as Amelia, they were building a friendship. He made it clear that she only counts for satusfying his needs. including his needs to feel needed.

Please, don't let Cookie run to James for help. She should be able to handle this on her own, James was a jerk to jer, I was rooting for them but he's a cowardm Amelia's ways rubbed into him, he does'nt deserve her. Go to hell Dave, you're worthless.
