The dress slipped off my shoulders, almost exposing the valley between my breasts. They all laughed down at me, enjoying the sight of a pathetic woman. I felt so exposed in front of them that I wanted to cry badly.

Alessio strode downstairs in a rush, holding me up from the ground as he growled at his Alpha,

" ALPHA! She is pregnant. Don't be so harsh on her for fuck's sake."

Alessio then took his coat off to wrap it around my body. My heart couldn't take it anymore as tears began to fall from my eyes. Did he do it deliberately to humiliate me?

Alpha Seth snapped at him, letting out a scoff,

" Then tell her to not FUCKING wear the clothes of my mate."

Alessio muttered with an exhale, getting on his feet with me,

" She didn't know. She is a human and doesn't know the rules here. Please.. don't be so cold to the mother of your child."

Alpha Seth growled with a sneer, walking back to sit at his place,

" She is no mother to my child. She is just a surrogate."
