Brian chuckled and explained, “No. I’m just afraid. What if she had fought back or hit you with something?” Kisha was about to say that no one could defeat her in a fight but then, Brian added, “Or what if you got injured or fell? Don’t forget that you might be pregnant and not know it.” Seeing the direction of the conversation and the level of care in his voice, she was filled with remorse.
