"I thought you said there are over a hundred witches here," Set said, sounding irritated.

"Guess, Aaron's mom forgot to mention that they were not real witches but rather wanna-be witches,"

I chuckled at Draco's jab as my eyes roamed the whimsical fair that was filled with vibrant colors, swirling mist, the aroma of incense, and a sea of girls dressed up as witches.

"Make all the fun that you want to, but my mother's information is never wrong," Aaron replied to Set and Draco, referring to his mother's ability to speak to animals and birds.

Like Aaron had explained to us, they were her little spies, her sources of information.

"Yeah, but these girls don't smell like witches," Draco continued to tease Aaron. "I can feel one or two strong auras, but the rest are humans who are just here for a costume party. Your mom got duped, buddy."

"Most of them do not have active powers, but they are witches...uhm I mean wise ones."

Aaron tried to uphold his claim.
