Chapter 30

Daniel and Kaka had followed up with the principal immediately after the party to know what would have led to such a sudden change in the mood of all the teachers and even the principal. However all their efforts to unlock the principal were futile as the principal was weeping soberly. It didn't take a few minutes when the phone principal rang and he picked it up and ran to the other room to answer the call. Something that he has never done before now. This raised more fear inside Daniel. He concluded that they may have reversed the decision on Shola.

The teachers joined in the weeping at the principal's house much to the fear of Kaka and Daniel. The principal returned from his call and held himself for some minutes. He took Daniel to the other room and Kaka didn't go with them. After a few minutes they entered, all Kaka could hear was screaming from Daniel.

In the next scene, he saw Daniel weeping helplessly just like the principal and the teachers.
