Marilyn’s POV Anticipation welled up inside me as I read Faith’s text again. Just when I was starting to feel stuck, progress finally stirred. I glanced at David, his expression tense, but he remained silent. He didn’t want me to face whoever this was. “You still don’t want me to know” I said.
