NOX:

I heard Jackson was getting married the moment I stepped into my room. One of the maids had come after me with the invitation card, and after sending her away, I read the content. I couldn't hold back the laughter that threatened to come out. It was just last week he was talking about never getting married. He wanted to be the first alpha without a luna. Now, how did that work out for him? I bet his throne was threatened.

But my eyes darkened when I saw the name of the lady he was getting married to.

"Interesting..." I purred as I continued staring at her name.

"Well, I'd be sure to pay them a visit," I said, tossing the card aside and going ahead to have a cold shower.

Coming out of the room, I met a figure on the bed.

"Don't you ever knock?" I hissed, glaring daggers at my sister who sat on my bed playing with her demonic toy. The toy had scattered hair, red eyes, black lip paint, and a scary smile. I never liked that toy right from day one.

"How many times have I told you not to bring that thing close to anywhere I stay?" I groaned when she just ignored my question. That was what I get to see almost every day because my father decided to whore around and got a random woman pregnant. Now, I had to live with the aftermath.

I angrily picked up my phone and put a call across to my retired father.

"Why do I have to look after her any longer? Thought her mother would be coming to get her. I am a very busy person, you know." I sounded angry but that didn't make the old man flinch.

"She's your sister, Nox." He replied.

"I never asked for one. Why should I be reliving this nightmare every day?" I fired.

"Fine. I'll call her mother to come get her today." Before I could mutter any more words, he ended the call. The audacity to end the call on the Lycan king. Someone he could never be. I huffed and threw my phone aside, looking at the weird kid that sat on my bed.

"Brother... Hungry..." She muttered.

I felt like disappearing into the ground. While my father and his concubine were out there enjoying their time, I got to babysit their daughter who acted as though she was possessed.

I sighed and threw on some clothes. I led her downstairs and ordered the maids to get her a meal.

"Feed me?" She requested, stretching to give me the spoon.

"No," I turned my back to her and left the building. I had better things to attend to. Like the wedding of a certain friend of mine.

The date of the wedding came by very fast. Maybe I didn't notice because my half-sister was not there to remind me of her. It was different without her around but I loved it.

I fixed on my blue long-sleeved shirt and my navy blue trousers and finalized my look with my Italian shoes. I looked like a freaking hot god as my biceps threatened to rip off my shirt. My hair was styled to the front, making me look alluring and irresistible. I knew I would be leaving behind broken hearts.

"Your car is ready," That was my gamma, Zion. He flashed me a knowing look but I ignored him.

"What are you going to do? Steal the bride?"

"What? Not at all. I'm going to do something much worse." I mused a smile and walked past him.

"Do not cause trouble at your friend's marriage, Nox." Almost forgot, he is one of my best friends. Only two of them had the right to call me by my name. Well, Jackson too.

"We wouldn't want Stella to hear of any bad records about you too. Just try to keep a low profile."

He was speaking as though he knew what I was going to do there. I just rolled my eyes and entered the car whose door had been kept open for me. With a sly smile, I beckoned my driver to move out. Two cars drove in front of us while two were at our back. I was going to storm the wedding in my glory.

The drive to the designated pack was not so long. We got there after three hours and my cars were led to where they would be parked and secured.

Stepping out, my men stood, waiting for me. They guarded me inside the hall where the bride was already fixing the ring on the groom. I scoffed inwardly and sat down at the back. After they had exchanged their vows, they faced the crowd with smiling faces. As soon as our eyes came in contact with each other, her smile gradually faded. That's right, Anna, I'm here to torment you.

She quickly diverted her gaze to her newly wedded husband. She would occasionally look at me and I was always looking back at her. During the reception, I sat at the bar, ordering some drinks. As soon as my strong wine came, I gulped it down in one sip. I was already used to the burning sensation in my throat.

I placed another order and just as I was about to drink it, someone appeared to me. Someone in her white gown, beautifully made hair decorated with pieces of jewelry, and a fine silver crown. I would have said she looked beautiful but then again, I held my tongue.

"What do you think you're doing?" She questioned angrily. When she noticed that we weren't alone, she pulled me away. We got to a spot where nobody could see us and all that while, I was smiling.

"I ask for the last time, Nox, what are you doing here?" Her voice was firm but I knew it was all an act.

"I was merely invited for your marriage. Was it bad that I attended the biggest event of your life? And besides, you are my cousin, are you not? We're family." I smiled coyly, stretching my strong arms.

"Cut the crap, Nox. Tell me..." She folded her hands. "Are you here to rat me out? Because I know nobody would believe you."

"Chill, princess. I have no idea what you're talking about."

She was getting frustrated.

"Fine. I'm not here to tell the alpha about our past. I'm not as petty as you think." I replied innocently. "Trust me, I only came to see you off and give you a parting gift. That's all." I raised my hands in surrender.

She looked around to check if anyone was spying on us.

"Nobody is here. I have better, stronger senses than you. So my dear cousin, fear not." I reassured her.

"Whatever you do, stay away from me. I don't want you to ruin this event for me. I finally have a life and I don't want you barging in to destroy everything I've worked so hard to build." She finalized and was about to leave when I pulled her back.

"Don't you want to know what my parting gift is?" I slowly caressed her open skin, pinning her against the wall.

"It's something you've always loved," I whispered in her ear. One thing I know about Anna is that my touch was everything to her.

"Nox, stop. I am married." Her voice was thin but firm. For a second there, she lost her sense of reasoning. She regained her senses and pushed me away. I smirked and pinned her again, slamming my lips against hers roughly.

I knew her earlier reactions were just an act because she didn't waste time kissing me back.

"Atta girl," I heaved when she picked up the pace. I spun her, making my erected bunch slam against her arse. I heard her gasp when she felt my hard-on.

"We shouldn't be doing this, Nox." She whispered, moaning as I slowly raised her light wedding gown. Where was the hard girl that approached me earlier on?

"Nobody would find out," I whispered back to her ears. My fingers circled her wet clit. When her moans got quite loud, I covered her mouth. My two fingers slipped effortlessly into her honeypot, gently stroking against her walls.

"Nox..." She released muffled words. This wasn't my parting gift to her. I wanted her to come back to me until her marriage was destroyed. She didn't deserve happiness, not after what she did to me.

"Please..." Her body shivered from my touch.

"You like it, yeah?" I asked, increasing my pace. She was so damn wet. I smelt her arousal way back when we were still at the temple.

She whimpered when I forced my d**k right through her, stretching her walls. I didn't plan on having mercy on her as I slammed against her hard. Luckily for her, she was used to it.

Because of the situation we were in, we found our release early and she angrily departed from me, warning me to never try such with her again. I just laughed it off. Someone who would come back and beg for more.

As I turned to leave in the other direction, I met quite a small figure in front of me. Before I could say anything to her, she slapped me. While trying to comprehend what had happened, I received another hot slap from her.

"The two of you are very stupid, you know that, right? Alpha Jackson will definitely hear of this." With that, she stormed off.

Who was she? Man, I'm so going to deal with her.

Quinn: There was a type of attraction I felt toward Alpha Nox and somehow, I was beginning to see him in a new light. He wasn't the same person I met back at my old pack. At first, he was crude with his words and emotionally distant. I had always felt he was a monster and killed without reason. But seeing the number of people surrounding him and how big their smiles were, my thoughts changed. He wasn't all that bad. He had people who cared about him. I could feel Stella's cold stare on me and I couldn't help but look away. Her aura was intimidating. I could never compete with that. "Hey, you're not eating." I felt the Alpha's large palm cup mine. "I'm not all that hungry." I shyly replied and wriggled my palm out of his. It was a good thing Stella hadn't noticed. "Do you want me to feed you?" He whispered and I quickly shook my head, debunking the idea. I picked up my spoon and scooped in some food, hurriedly taking it to my mouth. It was then I heard him chuckle lightly. Whe

Nox: Despite the constant reassurance I gave Quinn that I wouldn't touch her, she sneaked out of the bed after I had fallen asleep and slept on the couch. "This girl..." I mused a smile as I watched her snore lightly before covering her with a blanket. I couldn't let her sleep alone in her room. To anyone, it would seem like I was being overprotective but I knew Landon better than anyone else. He was vicious and ruthless in his dealings with people. I had seen firsthand how he killed an innocent man because he thought the guy was harassing his ex-mate. I couldn't risk leaving Quinn alone, not even for a second. Landon was an opportunist —waiting to devour his prey at the slightest distraction they encountered. He had made his intention known. Now, it was my job to protect Quinn. .After a cold bath, I came out of the bathroom, clad in only a pair of sweatpants, and a towel over my face. My hair was still wet and the water strolled down my shoulder. What I wasn't expecting, after

  • Rejected by an Alpha, Desired by a Lycan   Chapter 23

Nox: Mate? He was not being serious, was he? She could never be mated to him. My mind was thrown into chaos at that very moment. Orion had a faint mate pull toward her days back and now, Landon was trying to claim her as his. She wasn't supposed to be mated to two, right? When he shifted a bit, I could see that she was asleep and had no idea what was going on around her. Landon was staring into her face with a lunatic smile, like he could disappear with her that minute. My wolf shivered in anger, watching how his hands roamed Quinn's legs. I couldn't hold back the ting of possessiveness I felt. "Landon!" I thundered, causing Quinn to stir up abruptly from her sleep. She looked at me, frightened, and then at Landon. I watched how her chest rose up and down. Maybe I shouldn't have shouted like that. When she saw his hands on her thighs, she pushed them away and scurried away from him. Landon charged toward her, trying to grab her hand but I found myself standing between two of t

  • Rejected by an Alpha, Desired by a Lycan   Chapter 22

Nox: My mind raced when I heard Stella was injured. I dashed out, not caring if someone was in front of me or behind me. I didn't act that way because I liked her, it was because of the pact that I made with her father. I promised him that I would never let anything happen to his daughter as she was part of the warriors he lent to me. Breaking that pact would mean war and goddess knows I already had my hands full. "She's bleeding profusely and the wounds aren't healing," Jenson said, trying to catch up with me. "What do you mean by she's not healing?" I opened the front door, meeting something rather unusual emerging from one part of the forest. "What is that?" "We're still trying to find out what it is. The wounds from its claws don't heal and we've already lost a few warriors." His closing statement was said with remorse. Orion was fuming inside of me. We had gone through so much trying to rebuild this pack from the ashes it once was and one devil was trying to bring it down.

  • Rejected by an Alpha, Desired by a Lycan   Chapter 21

Quinn: I gulped down nothing and clasped my knees together, trying to contain the tingling feeling I got down there. "What's the deal with your wolf?" He nodded at me. "I don't know..." My voice came out as feeble as a whisper. I felt uncomfortable and wanted badly to put on some clothes. "I like her. She's feisty. My type of girl." He commented and turned toward his desk. I was about to remind him about the locked door when there was an abrupt bang on the door. I flinched and stepped away. "This had better be good." The alpha groaned and unlocked the door while I shifted farther. It was Jenson. "Stella..." He remarked breathlessly. "She's critically injured." He announced. Before I could blink, the alpha was nowhere to be found. I felt my heart leap, he ran that fast just because he heard she was injured. Would he run that way if I was injured? I held onto the top of the T-shirt I was wearing. The Alpha was a ruthless man, a beast, a demon, a playboy, and there was no way I co

  • Rejected by an Alpha, Desired by a Lycan   Chapter 20

Quinn: "Stella, you're the team leader for patrol today," Blake announced, holding a small piece of paper in his hand. He hadn't been easy on me when it came to training but Jace and Jenson were there to make it easier. It always felt as though I was mated to two. I shivered at the thought of that. I wasn't an advocate of harems or anything that involved sharing feelings. I would want myself for just my mate. No third wheel."Stella, pick your team and include Quinn in it." He commanded and walked away. Her face turned sour when she heard my name. I knew she never wanted anything to do with me, especially when I flouted her orders to stay away from my room. She hated seeing me happy and comfortable. I was nervous about shifting into my wolf form. I had never shifted in front of anyone except Dad. I got a very weird reaction from him and never did it again. I never went out for pack training, pack runs, or patrol in my former pack. To make matters worse, the alpha showed up, lookin
