Chapter 78: Finale
Years later...
People used to say if you love something, never give up on that thing. Well I didn't believe in that adage until I finally met Nicholas. And now being his wife made me realized how TRUE love can be, and how victorious patience can make one be.
Nicholas and I got married a year ago and we had just given birth to twins, a girl and a boy. It was a dream come true and I couldn't even express how happy I was. When I reached home yesterday, my mom wasn't happy at all. I tried to explain things to her but she told me never to mess with her again. She was really angry, more than she had ever been with me. Yesterday I slept late in the night, somehow I couldn't stop thinking about all that had transpired in the conference room when Nicholas arrived.
