Patricia couldn't put herself to sleep throughout the night, watching over Bastian.

She blamed herself for what happened. If she hadn't left the office in anger, she wouldn't have been attacked and Bastian wouldn't have come to his aid and landed in his current state.

After crying throughout the night, and praying fervently with her mind till 6:30 AM, nature caught Patricia off guard and she fell asleep, sitting on a chair beside the bed and placed her head on the bed.

Bastian gradually opened his eyes till they fully opened.

“Patricia!” He called. He lifted his head from the pillow and roughly sat up, making him hit his bandaged arm.

“Ouch!” He sounded in pain and Patricia woke up.

Patricia raised her head from the bed, shocked. “What happened?” She asked, opening her eyes.

Seeing Bastian, she quickly stood on her feet and hugged him tightly, forgetting he injured his hand.
