Auroa POV

“Three, two, one,” water flies everywhere as we all converge on each other. Violet and Aria both go for their brothers, trying to drown them as the twins try to pull them off.

Jaden isn’t even noticing as he already taken Stacey into his arms and the two of them are kissing each other passionately they don’t even notice the splashes of water.

Gabriel and Caleb both come for me as Kara slips beneath the water and pulls Elio’s feet out from under him. Addie just tries to free Xander and Aria cackles, splashing him ruthlessly, not letting an opportunity to show her big brother who is the boss.

By the time my mates get to me, I have a plan. I slip beneath the water to pull their trunks down, distracting their focus so I can submerge them. Before I get the chance to do that, however. Caleb has grabbed me and Gabriel grips my ankles.

I pop out the water, my hair a stream of gold as I flick it, trying to get Caleb off of me. “Play nice baby girl,” he whispers in my ear before Gabriel moves and I am tightly pressed between them. I feel their promising bulges slip between my legs beneath the water, and I no longer care about who wins. I’m trapped between the two of them as their hands hold me tight, my back to Caleb’s chest and Gabriel presses his to mine. The way our hot skin slips between us with the water dripping down our bodies is switching my thoughts to something I really shouldn’t be thinking about right now.

“Are you having fun?” Gabriel purrs in my ear and my insides turn to jelly. Not nearly enough. That smirk of his should be illegal.

“I -”

“This is stupid. They should all lose!” I hear Luca yells pulling my focus as he jumps up from the side of the pool, Sebastian hot on his heels. I feel my mates release me, allowing me to jump out of the pool after them. We head to the grass as Sabastian catches Luca and corners him.

“Calm down bud, it’s just a bit of fun,” but Luca breaks free, shoving his father to the floor to make his escape. I see Ethan move towards us from the corner of my eye as I catch up to my son. “Luca,” I keep my voice firm as he stops in his tracks. He spins to face me, his eyes brining with rage, his little fists clenched by his sides as he begins to shake. I step slowly towards him before kneeling down. “Remember what we said. Breath in for four, hold for four, then out for four. Try it now,” I breathe with him, trying to calm him down. Ethan appears behind him. There have been times this doesn’t work. I watch his little chest rise and fall as he slowly starts to breathe in and out.

“Okay now apologise to your father, please,” I declare quietly as his nose scrunches up. I arch a brow and watch him huff. “Sorry,” Sebastian kneels beside me. “It’s okay bud, what would you like to play instead?” he suggests, trying to diffuse the tension. “Did … did I hurt you?” he asks, looking at his dad. I can already she the bruises from where he shoved him. “Nah, I’m alright bud. It’s going to take more than that to stop your old man,” Sebastian jokes, pulling Luca in for a hug. I ruffle his hair as I stand looking at Gabriel in the water, who nods jumping out the pool.

I look over at the others to see them all staring at us apart from my brother who has his tongue down Stacey’s throat still and his hand I’m pretty sure is somewhere I don’t want to know below the water.

“Let’s change for dinner, food will be ready soon,” Kara encourages, coming out the pool as she helps the kids out before walking over to Luca. He gives her a soft smile as she gives him a wink. “It was getting a little out of control there. Thank goodness you were watching to keep us all safe,” she tells him and I see that frown begin to disappear. Luca nods and follows her into the house as we all do to change.

I head to the guest bedroom to get ready when I sense my four mates enter the room behind me, the door clicking shut. I spin, seeing them all prowl towards me, their eyes darkening as they approach.

“Someone should be looking after the kids,” I tell them as I see Caleb untie the bow of my bikini at the side of my hip. “Kara has them in hand,” he replies as Sebastian takes the other side of my hip. Ethan is at the one at my back. “It’s her birthday as well?” I utter softly, losing focus on a sea of rippling chests and abs. “We thought you might want your present?” Gabriel tells me, his eyes heating as my wet bikini slaps to the floor. “Oh … is it what I think it is?” I utter, feeling their hands on my hips and waist as I look between the three of them.

“It will make you scream, that’s for sure,” Sebastian whispers in my ear before biting my lobe, making me shudder. I close my eyes for a second, then snap them open to see Gabriel kneeling before me. Oh goddess yes please. His hand strokes my ankle before he picks up my foot and rests it on his bare chest. My pulse skips a beat, then races. sparks ignite over every inch of my body. “Close your eyes,” he encourages as I bite my lip, my toes curling in anticipation.

I feel his hand wrap around my ankle and when I open my eyes; I see a cute little gold anklet attached. There are letters for all my mates and kids on their, along with a little heart. I do in fact, scream with joy. “It’s beautiful,” I gush as Gabriel kisses my shin before placing my leg down on to the ground.

Caleb goes next and I find a matching bracelet on my wrist with little gems of all our wolves’ eyes. I feel a little snap around my waist where a belly chain sits to match the others in a gold thread with little sparkles. Then Ethan places one around my neck: a little gold heart locket. “Tonight, all you are going to wear is this,” he whispers possessively in my ear. A cold prickle runs down my spine before heat blooms in my belly.

“Get dressed Angel. We shall see you soon.” I nearly swoon when they place soft kisses on my lips and cheek before they walk out in their dripping swim trunks. I smile quickly, getting dressed and braiding my hair before heading back to the party. My new jewellery glittering in the sunlight.

To all my readers, thank you for finishing this book! Your support, comments, likes, and gems mean everything to me. I cherish seeing your reactions, knowing my books bring you joy, even when they make you want to scream!Aurora, Sebastian, Ethan, Caleb, and Gabriel endured so much to avenge Luca. I cherished writing their stories and following their journeys these past months, along with their other adventures throughout the Mated series. That’s why it’s bittersweet to see this series conclude. The ending might not be a traditional “happily ever after,” but you’ll see them again in my future works. All remaining questions and unresolved plot threads will be addressed in the “Alpha Heirs” follow-up series. It will be darker than the first series – I know, hard to believe – but there will be hope sprinkled in, and naturally, a happily ever after moment. It’s not all doom and gloom, I promise.I hope to see you all in the next book.Mated Heirs series:Book 1 - The Alpha’s Secret Mate Lo

Aurora POVSeveral weeks had passed since the funeral. Pack life was beginning to settle back down to what was normal. Although there were still lingering threats, the conclave was officially over. Many of the packs saw Luca as a threat after all the videos Teddy sent out. But without his leadership, none of them acted on it. At least not yet. The others didn’t want our control, as they called it. There were many angry calls similar to how Jaden reacted severing our truces we had spent building alliances. It was each pack for its own. already rogue numbers were growing. I could feel it. Each day the sun seemed to shine a little brighter — hotter, a shift slowly but surely creeping through the continent.Despite my attempts to contact Jaden, Stacey, Elio and Kara, none of them answered. All I got was a quick text from Mum to tell me to stop trying to contact them. Libby, Stacey's sister, told me they had reached the pack, but Stacey wasn’t doing well. Her sister had gone to visit her an

Riley POVMy heart is utterly broken. Since coming home, I have barely been able to get out of bed. It’s where Dylan’s scent lingers the most. I pull his t-shirt up around my neck to breathe him in even more. If I close my eyes really tight, I can trick myself into believing he is still here. All I can feel is loss. The utter void in my life now that he is gone. My wolf has retreated far back into the recesses of my mind, only making my loneliness even sharper.Oli has been great. The one thing I have clung to is him. Yet I can’t seem to find the strength to be there for him. It kills me knowing he is grieving the loss of his father whilst trying to be strong for me. It should be the other way around. I need to take care of him.I pull the covers up tight around me as the first rays of morning light creep in under the curtain. Today is the day I have been dreading the most; it will make it all too real. If I had only seen his body, maybe it would have helped. But I know he is gone. I

  • Revenge Of My Four Alpha Mates   Chapter 149

Aurora POVI kept pinching my skin, but nothing felt real to me anymore. It was all slowed down and jumbled up until nothing made sense. My gaze dropped to the knife embedded in the wooden desk by my thigh. A deep crack had formed. The wood splintered on impact as rivets of wood chippings fell from the air. My brother had thrown a blade at me … did he miss on purpose? Or was he just too angry to focus? There was a low hum of voices I could just make out buzzing around me as I gripped the handle, pulling the blade free. More wood splintered in the process as I glanced at the shiny tip. Pressing my finger to it, a drop of blood quickly sprung free and dripped down my hand to my wrist. It flows so quickly I must have cut deeper than I thought.“Aurora, what are you doing?” Gabriel's voice came into focus as either Sabastian or Ethan snatched the hand from my grasp. My hand lashes the air to get the knife back. I felt nothing, no pain, when it cut me. Like I was locked away tight in the r

Kara POVIt’s happening. Everything I had seen coming is playing out in real time right before my eyes. The dirt kicks up off the ground as Jaden’s tires spin on the gravel, unable to get away fast enough. “Little wolf, we need to go,” Elio comes up beside me, and I nod. I knew this was coming. I just wish it wasn’t like this. Aurora will never forgive me for leaving without an explanation … again.“Get everything packed. I need to speak with Luca,” I tell Elio as his jaw clicks disapprovingly. “You know you can’t do that,” he warns, but I’m already running off to find him before he can stop me.Luca seems to have chosen this precise moment to disappear, hiding in the back of the many gardens by the roses. “There you are,” I pant, knowing if Elio finds me before I say what I need to - I won’t get the chance again. I’m already on borrowed time. Luca looks up at me, big, fat tears rimming his silver eyes, making me deflate. “I’m sorry I have to leave you now, Luca. You will see me again

Jaden POVI glared at them all. My sister’s mates, their wary stares that cut through me like a hot knife through butter. “What is it?” I gritted out through my clenched teeth. My wolf knew something was off — their shifty behaviour, the way they protected Aurora like they knew she was to blame. How Gabriel couldn’t fix my mate. It set my teeth on edge. I felt my claws extend and retract over and over the longer the silence dragged out.“Jaden …” Ethan tries to placate me, but all I do is snarl at him. These fuckers are whittling me down to my last nerve. “Someone better start talking soon or you, Dr here, is going to start to have a few more patients to deal with.” Their eyes widen, and Gabriel coughs to clear his throat.“There is nothing wrong with Stacey’s brain, medically speaking. All of her test results came back as they should. There is a block around her, but there isn’t anything I can do to fix her.” Gabriel actually looks crushed by this fact. It’s not something I was unawar
