LOGINAs soon as the girls heard that Alpha Louis had visited, they immediately grinned at Helena, stood up as soon as the teacher went out to talk to him, and started shaking her.
“He is here! Oh my god? What could be the possible reason for that?” The girls asked as they crowded her, pulling the other chairs to sit in front of her.
The other students were only looking at them for being so chaotic, but at the same time they found it cute that Helena was getting friends. They were all respecting her, and they found her very pretty as well.
“He is probably here for another reason?” She reasoned, but the girls hyped her up even more.
“Of course not, Helena! Think about it thoroughly. You said that he has always been busy, and yet, now that you were here and he could freely do everything without worrying about you coming home for dinner, here he is, visiting you so early!” Alice hissed, like all of those she is calculating in her head make sense.
“Helena, he is now starting to show signals! This is the first sign to know whether the man is falling for you or not, or whether your presence matters to him once he feels your absence! And he immediately responded! He is now here to see you! ”Mica grinned while blushing profusely.
Helena only chuckled, as she didn’t know if the girls made sense. It was still a complete puzzle to her that Louis might be falling.
“He is probably just here for a purpose. To probably check on the camp since this is his pack too and the campsite was built for a great purpose, not just to visit me,” she explained, but the girls were not siding with her statement.
“You don’t really know Alpha Louis. Knowing that we’ve known him for years now, and believe me or not, he rarely shows up in the camp! There are men here who would just pass the message to him, and his right hands, which are the other omegas, will explain to the others what he wanted. That’s how it always works,” Rina explained seriously.
“He would only come here for important things, and for how many years? It would only happen once a month, or none in each month at all! It depends how crucial the problem is! Because once he shows up, we already know that it is a heavy problem!”Alice, whose expression was already too intense just to make a point.
“Everyone knows here about that, alright. He would not show up so easily, and yet, this month, he already came here three times. One, when he brought you here; two, when he brought you here again since you are planning to stay here for days; and three, he went here because…” Mica looked at her meaningfully.
“Because you are here! ”Alice and Rina said in unison that they laughed and gave each other high fives.
Helena shook her head with a smile on her lips. “Whatever it is, it might be important, right? He might have found out something, and he needed to discuss things for sure.”
“Well yeah! You are the only one who can answer that. If it’s a big deal and it’s heavy, we might be wrong for jumping to conclusions right away just because he showed up here too soon.” It was Mica who was now crossing her arms.
“But if it was not as heavy as we think, then good luck since it is already a sign that he is slowly getting interested in you and he is invested in seeing you! ”Rina teased, and they all grinned.
She sighed and stopped them from talking about it anymore, as she decided to come out now while the girls were too excited to talk to her again later so that they would know what the reason was why Louis showed up.
Meanwhile, the teacher who talked to Alpha Louis seemed to be bothered by how Helena got the hardest question that couldn’t be answered by an ordinary student who wasn’t classified yet as part of class C, and Helena just aced it without sweats.
“Miss Bridget,” Alpha Louis greeted, since she is the head of the class C department and she was classified as one of the deadliest analytical during her time in knowing her classification from the past that she was now hired to find more people like her who were gifted with those kinds of abilities.
“I have an important meeting to discuss with you about Miss Asher. If you are not busy, can we talk about it right now?”
Louis immediately nodded, and they did the meeting in his own office located near the camp. The teas were placed on the round table where they were, as they both looked serious for the topic they were about to talk about.
“She has her own tutors, right? Do you know who’s teaching her, or if she was specialized by a class C professor to teach her things? The Asher might have hired mindblowing tutors for her,” she started.
“As what I know about her, she’s been coma for five years, but during those times, she was homeschooled for some reason.”
“Can I ask for her outputs?”
“Yes, sure. I will ask the Ashers about it so I could submit it to you as soon as possible. Why? Is there a problem?”
Miss Bridget sighed. She couldn’t tell if she was impressed or she was suddenly scared for the things that were about to unfold once Helena continued to take her classes and she would gain more knowledge than what she has right now.
“You see, Alpha Louis. Never in my regimen have I ever encountered remarkable scenes like this. But for the first time, I met a student who solved critical questions in just minutes that should be solved for hours,” she stated with an obvious amusement laced on her voice.
Alpha Louis remained composed as he was analyzing it too. He didn’t expect that Helena would be that smart. Though he is not shaming her to be that stupid, he would look at her like an innocent kid who was trapped in someone’s cage for a long time, and she is now trying to explore the world that she wanted her freedom so badly.
“I made another question for her since I couldn’t believe that she just casually answered the first one, and look at this, Alpha Louis. She got it all right.” Miss Bridget showed the paper to him, which he took and looked at curiously.
What she immediately noticed was the outstanding analytical answer of Helena that you could easily understand because of the formulas she used. The questions were so tricky that one look at it, you could not understand it right there, and then you needed to figure out yet what could be the exact answer to it.
“How many hours were estimated for this to be solved by normal students with no classifications yet?” He asked.
“The two questions would probably take them days; it depends on their capacity to digest, but forty-eight hours would be the fastest for them.”
“And how many hours did Helena solve this?” He asked.
“Just barely thirty minutes, Alpha Louis,” she stated.
Louis brow shot up. He was impressed as well, and he cannot fathom how Helena’s mind works that she could analyze things right away this fast.
“And how about this last question? Why is it blank? She didn’t get the right answer. She doesn’t know?” Louis confirmed.
“Read the question carefully, Alpha Louis. Try to figure it out too.”
Louis then read the question and paid attention to it. He is somehow the head of the pack, and he knows how tricky questions that demand critical answers and heavy formulas work. He just needed to concentrate to figure it out, and he won’t lie, how tricky the question is.
But since he is also one of those students from the past that aced the class C, in just ten minutes, he immediately found out why it was blank.
“You ask the wrong question,” he pointed out.
“Exactly, Alpha Louis. The estimated time for that to be answered by an ordinary student with no classification yet is a lifetime, since they would never figure out that the question does not demand an answer to begin with. But Helena pointed it out. As soon as she read it, she immediately found out that it was wrong, which is why she left it blank. She was the fastest person I know who got the exact answer… and she also…defeated us,” she said in her serious voice, and yet there was a horror in her face.
Louis’ brows knit. He didn’t know how to react.
“Knowing she is still a normal student, imagine her ability once it was perfectly molded. She would be the master of class C. She is the greatest out there,” she said, like it was a threat that should be looked out for.
“Imagine if she becomes a villain, Alpha Louis. She would be unstoppable. So I hope this girl will be guided very well. She must not store any revenge in her mind, because if that case happened, she would be deadly. She might achieve what she really wanted because of her extraordinary ability.”
For some reason, Alpha Louis got a bad feeling about it. It felt like it was already too late to stop Helena from being on the positive side, knowing that he had sensed something in her—the reason why he brought her to the camp.
As soon as the girls heard that Alpha Louis had visited, they immediately grinned at Helena, stood up as soon as the teacher went out to talk to him, and started shaking her.“He is here! Oh my god? Helena had so much fun with the pottery that she could already picture out her days in the camp with her newfound friend. She wants to be with them. It was so new to her, and she couldn’t believe that socializing would bring her so much joy. When her first night was slowly approaching, during dinner, the girls went into her room to take the food the cook had cooked for her. She was so delighted that she was treated so well that she invited them to eat with her.“Wow. I didn’t know that there was food that tasted like this. It’s so delicious,” Alice pointed out while they were all squatting at a round table in front of the fireplace, while the snow could be seen pouring through the window. They were wearing ordinary clothes, while it was only Helena who was wearing sweaters.“Is Alpha Louis fine if you will be here for how many days?” Rina asked while shoving food in her mouth.Helena nodded. “I think so. Besides, he is also busy, and he only comes home at night so we can eat dinner to
On the first day that Helena was in the camp, she gained friends right away, like it wasn’t easy to socialize since everyone knows her for being not just an Asher but also as Alpha Louis’ mate.“I’m really shocked. This is the first time he brought a woman here. We thought you were the one whom he was talking about, but maybe he really fell for you to change his mind and introduce you to us instead,” Mica said, also a wolf.“I think he isn’t in love with me. We just have the same reason why we accepted the arrangement since I wanted to help our family and he wanted to grant his grandpa’s wish, which he said,” she explained since she doesn’t want to make too much fuss about it.“Oh! But maybe, later on, you two would develop feelings. It really happens in arrangements, and soon enough, you two might just accept each other.”Helena couldn’t smile. She doesn’t know how to respond to it since her goal is just to get the justice she deserves.“But isn’t it easy to just fall in love with Al
Helena didn’t expect Louis to say those words like he was already accepting her in his house, and he was now slowly getting used to her presence that he didn’t mind her noise. But knowing that Louis was barely in the mansion, she could not do anything there, unlike in the camp, that would help her a lot of things. She was planning for 3 nights at least to experience what it is like to live there, since it wasn’t just built for identifying what classification you are, but it was also for socializing more. She wanted to make friends and slowly build her own battalion. It was what was circulating around her mind, knowing that her past self was so caged and isolated because the people around her made her feel like they were enough in her life and she didn’t need anyone anymore. But that was what she regretted the most—that she let them cage her. She lets them control her life and she always agrees with them because she believes in them, she trusts them, and that’s her greatest mistake. No
It was the best day ever for Helena, and she felt like she had found a new hope in the middle of the darkness. Although she had no idea what kind of practices she would be able to go through during her stay at the camp, she was bracing for a positive outcome out of it and promised herself she would do great.“I am Bruno. I will be your personal teacher while you are in the camp,” the tan-skinned man with jet-black hair said gently with a sweet smile on his lips.Helena somehow remembered Darren because of his smile and gentleness. She was clearly uncomfortable, and she wanted to ask Louis if he could assign a woman to her instead, but she didn’t want to cause more burden and make Bruno feel like she was disgusted by him.It was just her past heavily intruding that she couldn’t help but feel a little bit uncomfortable. But she was just too desperate to learn that she is willing to adapt to new things, even if it is out of her fear.“In the camp, we are actually classified into three. T
Ingrid’s jaw dropped from what Louis just said. It was so rude from her perspective that she felt she was humiliated in front of him, and the only thing that could save her dignity at that time was to actually go home. She did not expect Louis to suddenly act like that. Although she had heard how foully Louis treats women whom he has no interest in, her ego just couldn’t accept the fact that she was one of those girls he had rudely treated. She could clearly see how hard it is to tame Louis that she just goes home for a while and leaves her sister to Louis, but at the back of her mind, she doesn’t really care about Helena. It was just her act to pretend that she cared, but she didn’t. Not even a bit.She was cursing Helena instead, blaming her for the misfortune she was getting the moment Helena woke up from her coma. It was like she had brought her bad luck that things weren’t going according to what Ingrid planned or wanted.Meanwhile, Helena was already starting to calm down as soo
