Tears in the Rain

I was lying on my back on the green grass for several minutes crying and sniveling after Luther had left. My whole body ached and I felt excruciating pain in my privates. I gazed at the full moon as tears streamed down my face. 

I had always looked forward to the day I would meet my mate and be deflowered by him. But now that dream has been shattered forever and there was nothing I could do.     

My virginity is gone forever. I have lost my virginity to a ruthless and callous boy that I hate with a passion, I thought as tears streamed down my face. 

After some minutes, I tried to get up but the pain in my privates made me yell in pain and I broke down in a wail. I felt very weak and wished someone could carry me because I doubt if I would be able to walk to the house. 

Just then, I felt a drop of rain on my forehead as the atmosphere suddenly changed. The wind started blowing fiercely as it blew through my dark hair scattering it in different directions. 

Dark clouds suddenly appeared in the sky and hid the moon and everywhere became dark. There were flashes of lightning and rumble of thunder at irregular intervals.  

"Oh, please, Moon Goddess, not now. Not in this condition. I don't want any rain. Please, Moon Goddess help me," I muttered as I broke into tears.

Although I was in severe pain and felt very weak, I knew I had to get up and leave at once before the rain starts falling. With great effort, I lifted myself from the ground and winced in pain as I sat up.            

I looked around me and all I could see was darkness. The crops in the fields now looked like dark scary figures waving in the wind.

I could be attacked by a wild animal and even if I shouted for help, no one would come to my aid just as I shouted for help when I was being raped by Luther and no one came to rescue me.                             

I reasoned that no one could hear my voice from the packhouse and the alpha's mansion no matter how much I scream because of the distance of the crop field from them which is worsened by the howling wind and the rumbling thunder.

Suddenly, the rain started pouring down, and instantly, I was drenched. I looked around me again with fear in my eyes as lightning flickered and thunder rumbled.

There was a flash of lightning as I looked towards the forest, and I seem to see a dark figure of a man standing in front of a tree and staring at me.        

My heart skipped a bit as I became overwhelmed with fear. I mustered courage and with great effort, I rose to my feet and looked down to my feet. Although it was dark, I could just make out the torn panties lying close to my feet. 

I bent down and picked it up and started looking around for my footwear but could not find it. I would have to walk to the house barefooted, I thought as I sighed heavily and tears streamed down my face.       

I started tottering down to the Alpha's mansion where I and my family live as servants. The rain poured down and I was soaked to my skin as I walked slowly sobbing and sniveling.                

I got to an open wide drainage that ran from the beginning of the crop field down to the stream. I must cross the drainage but now it was overflowing with water as the rain continued to pour down.   

I stood for a moment staring at the fast-flowing water as I wondered how I was going to cross it. I felt very weak and even the walk from where I was raped to the drainage was seemingly like a miracle to me.         

As I continued to stare at the water moving with speed in the drainage, I knew I had no other option but to cross it.         

For a moment, I feared that I might fall into it, and if I do, the fast-flowing water will sweep me away into the stream which would have been overflowing its banks by now, I reasoned as fear gripped my heart.     

I am not good at swimming even though I have tried to learn it several times. If I fall into the drainage, and the water sweeps me away down into the stream, I would probably drown and that would be the end of my life. All my dreams and aspirations would be gone forever without me achieving anything.       

My family and the few people in the pack who love me would only mourn me for a while, then, I would be forgotten forever like a dream.

Probably, I would be only remembered as the poor servant who drowned in the stream. The thought of me dying by drowning and being forgotten soon after by everyone, made me shudder in trepidation. 

Suddenly, there was a loud rumble of thunder which jolted me out of my thoughts. I looked around me and could see nothing but darkness as the cruel rain poured on my aching body.        

I was overwhelmed with fear and mustered the courage to cross the drainage. Even though it was dark, I could still make out the fast-flowing water in the drainage. I gazed at it for a moment before I took a deep breath and jumped across.          

I suddenly slipped and fell backward as I hit my head against a stone and started bleeding profusely. I groaned in agony as I felt excruciating pain that ran all through my whole body. It was as if my body was on fire.     

I started feeling dizzy for a moment and all of a sudden there was a total blackout as I lost consciousness.      

I guess I must have laid on the ground for several minutes in my unconscious state as the angry rain poured mercilessly on my aching body.    

After a moment, I regained consciousness and opened my eyes. The rain had subsided and it was now drizzling. The rain had washed out the blood on my head and my clothes though I was soaked to my skin.      

The weather was now very cold and coupled with my present state, I started to shiver as I felt very cold and my teeth chattered with cold.

I remained on the ground as my whole body ached and I was breathing heavily. How could a beautiful night a couple of hours ago suddenly go awry? I thought as tears ran down my face.           

Although I felt excruciating pain all over my body and it seems all my strength had been drained out of me, I knew I had to somehow find the strength to get up and continue walking to the house.        

I closed my eyes and with the little strength left in me, I lifted myself from the ground and sat up. My chest heaved as I struggled to control my breathing. I remained seated for a couple of seconds and all of a sudden, I felt a flush of energy.                                                 

I rose to my feet and started tottering for several minutes before I saw Alpha Don's house in the distance. There were several fluorescent lights around the fence and the house which illuminated it.   

As I walked closer to the magnificent white mansion, the rain started falling heavily again and my heart started beating faster as I wondered how I was going to explain what happened to me as I felt too ashamed and scared to tell anyone because of the consequences.

I could seemingly hear the sound of my heart pounding unusually fast and the rain poured on me angrily as I headed to the Alpha's mansion.
