Third Person’s POV / Trent

Once again, Trent wakes up alone in bed. This time he didn't even reach over, his brain already knew no one was there.

He simply opened his eyes and looked to the empty spot next to him. This time he ignored his bladder, and the pain in his stomach as it growled and grinds against itself. His dinner still sits on the table untouched, he had no appetite last night.

Just like he feared, Logan never came back yesterday. He knew Logan said there were things he had to take care of, and he feared the possibility that he might not return that day, But he still thought he would. As the day went on and there was no word, his heart ached more and more. As the sun set and the moon rose high in the sky, he sat in bed, either looking at the door and waiting for it to open, or looking out the window at the moon in the sky.

The last time he glanced at the clock it read 2:32am. He rolled away from the moon and looked at the door where his eyes remained until he fell asleep.
