Chapter 68 Cousins

Third Person's POV

Both couples walked out of their rooms at the same time. Silas's hand rested against the small of Ian's back as he guided him out of their room then closed the door behind them. Silas turned to face his friend as his arm slipped around Ian and he could see the smile on Blake's face as he looked between the two.

Blake was thrilled to see Silas actually touching and holding Ian. He was thrilled to see the smile beaming on Ian's face. He was so happy for his best friend.

But almost right away, Silas notices something is off with Azrael. Not wanting to question him in front of their mates he raised an eyebrow then tried to push into his thoughts.

But Azrael felt it immediately and pushed him out with everything he had and glared at him. Silas immediately held his hand up in a surrender motion, which confused both Blake and Ian.

"Sorry, I was just concerned." Silas said.

"Stay out of my head! I've told you about this before."

That was emotional chapter specially the interaction between Julian and Azrael. It's was beautifully written. It have everything feisty Theo, angry protective Xavier, pregnant Damian still able to smile , vampire remorse, the "big brother "talk between Silas and Azrael, smiley Ian and caring Blake .

So happy Silas cleared that up with Azrael. But I am slightly worried his neck seems irritated… I really hope he only needs to feed more. Aw Theo… our other feisty little omega! I’m glad they were able to see Azrael’s remorse. I hope they come to understand and trust him eventually.
