CHAPTER 6: Him Liking Me

“I’m off to school.” I said as I walked by the kitchen to the door.
“Hey, you left your jacket!” aunt called out as I was about to open the door.
I turned to her and saw her holding Jiro’s academy jacket.
“It’s not mine.” I said as I took it from her.
“Not yours?” she asked confusingly.
I just answered her with a smile and shoved the jacket in my bag.
“I’m giving it back. Thanks aunty.” I said and went off.

I sat on my chair and noticed that Jiro hasn’t arrived yet. A few minutes later, I saw him by the door and remembered his jacket in my bag. I got my bag and placed it on my lap to take the jacket out.

JIROSin Combat was a game made up by the fourth king of the second generation. He was known to be fun of games and battles which made him come up with a way to show-off one’s strength and dominance without the use of Orikami or sense enhancing spells. It was originally for the selection of guards and soldiers that will serve the king but years passed and it became a tradition to determine the strongest of all Sins. RAYNEThe Knights in the reign of the first king of the second generation of Sins were the guardians of the king. They were called royal knights and in the reign of the fourth king, a group took inspiration from these guardians and went by the name of “the Knights”. Being one of the oldest and strongest group in the world of Sins, they have proven their authority inside and outside the arena.Leadership was passed down through generations by the members. Each member is obliged to find an heir to their name, can either be a relative or a successor. Rayne“Peekaboo.” He whispered with a grin as blood dripped from his knife.I clenched my jaw as I felt my body tense up from anger.“You imbecile. RAYNEI was always told that I had a weak bod and my father reminded it me atleast once a week over dinner. His words became our family’s belief but as the years went by, I found out they were wrong.
