CHAPTER 4: Intureder

“Peekaboo.” He whispered with a grin as blood dripped from his knife.
I clenched my jaw as I felt my body tense up from anger.
“You imbecile. What do you want?” I asked as I tried to calm myself.
His eyes were pinned to me as he played with his knife just a few centimeters away from my uncle’s skin. I could feel a sudden rush as the knife’s edge almost cut him. I bit my lip as I prepared to use a spell.
“He needs antibiotic to…” a voice from the corridor alarmed the intruder.
He suddenly threw his knife towards me which I immediately caught. It was late when I realized his plan of escape. He quickly went to the open window and looked at me as he jumped. I ran towards the window and saw him land effortlessly, though we’re at the 10th floor of the building. I then heard the voices getting closer and I couldn’t just let him get away from what he’s done.

They were meant to protect and guide all creatures, to be righteous, just, and to follow everything the great creator wanted. Then again, things never go as the heavens planned. JIROSin Combat was a game made up by the fourth king of the second generation. RAYNEThe Knights in the reign of the first king of the second generation of Sins were the guardians of the king. They were called royal knights and in the reign of the fourth king, a group took inspiration from these guardians and went by the name of “the Knights”.
