Chapter 51: Insomnia

"Thank you" he said forcing a smile. "It has been a long day and I wishcould continue but clearly we are both tired.

" It's not an issue. I can stay up late"she said feeling sorry for him that he wanted to retire to bed. She felt she had been the reason why he was upset.

" Jewel you should rest. Personally I have somethings I would love us to talk about but for now it is important that you rest. We could talk tomorrow morning"he said.

" Ok sir. Where do I sleep?" She asked giving up. She was also tired.

"Please come with me" he said and she did as she was told. He took her to room and turned on the light.

"It's a small house. It might not be as comfortable as you would like but please try to get some sleep." He said to her.

"Thank you" she said . He noded and turned to leave then he turned again.
