We were sitting in a small room in the back of a quiet family owned Italian resturant. I was surprised to see the owner of the resturant talk to Jayce as if he had known him for quite some time. I was surprised to learn that he had a younger sister and that his parents were still happily married and living in Florida. I viewed her electronic record and made my way to the room knowing that I was called in to provide the patient with a nutritional consult for a stomach stapling procedure.
