Chapter Forty Three

It has been a few months since we moved into the house across from my parents. Baby Derek has grown so much, and I am now in my last month of pregnancy. We had a blood test done to determine the father, and it turns out he is Korey's. The doctor found it amusing that I had been with all three guys, but we just wanted to be sure of the paternity. We didn't really care who the father was, but we wanted to know for any potential genetic issues. I hope we never have to go through that, but you never know.

Right now, I am sitting on the beach watching the guys surf. I really miss surfing with them, and I can't wait to get our little guy on his first surfboard. He will be surfing before he can even walk. Korey comes and sits down beside me on his towel. "Are you going to sit and stare at us all day, D?" Korey teases me. "No, I actually plan on opening my book and reading it, and then I want my husband’s to take me out to eat," I tell him. "Are you hungry, D?" Korey asks,
