I dropped the can of beer in my hand on the table beside me and threw my head backwards. I was still trying to immerse myself into working but there wasn't much work left to do for a workaholic like me who works ahead of time.

Maybe just having a girl come calm me would do things. I did not have the contact of any girl on my phone, no, that was too much of a waste of time.

Davis sent the girls to me.

I picked up my phone to call him.

He picked up at the second ring.

"Good day Alpha...."

"Send me two...." The door opened violently and I dropped my phone.

It was the greatest act of disrespect for anyone in this house to open my door in such a manner without even a knock on the door. It was Cassie, the first thing would have been to punish her but the look on her face told me that it was not time to do that yet.

I looked around her, no Mantha. She was still breathing heavily, trying to talk.
