Chapter 9 His nudity

"Will you just calm down, Tania? What is wrong with you? Are you acting this way just because you are seeing my--" Talon dropped his hands. I was sure that he was tired of me at this point. Maybe he was asking himself what kind of girl I was and why I was reacting like that but how was I expected to act like? Was I supposed to gasp in awe and wrap my hands around his neck just because an Alpha stripped in front of me?

Why the hell was he so bold? Was he usually like this around the females? Immediately I began to wonder how many maidens have gotten a glimpse of what I was seeing? I have never been so shocked in a long time as I was at that very moment.

I didn't even mind that my feet were dirty and I stepped on the neatly dressed bed covered with white sheets.

"Just a while ago, you were bothered about staining the floor with your dirty feet and now look at you," Talon commented, his hand gesturing towards the faintly stained bed.

Yeah right, at this point I knew I had to come down. It wasn't like the young man was going to harm me or something. He just stripped, I told myself.

I got down from the bed and stood just by the side, making sure that I was maintaining a reasonable distance from him. I hugged my arms together -- I couldn't tell if it was from the cold or the goosebumps I felt crawling over my skin and he stood there, at that same spot that he had been without stepping forward or backward, instead he folded his arms on his chest and stared at me.

"Are you usually like this?" I asked, feeling shy for acting the way I did.

"Sometimes," he replied.

I can't believe this man right now. It wasn't like I was expecting him to answer the question. It was supposed to be a rhetorical question replied with silence or a scoff or a huff or whatever but no, Talon answered right away. What a man. Well I guess he was bolder than I thought.

There were just so many mysterious things about this man, especially with the way he stared at me. Those light brown eyes with a golden tint to them that stared at me as though he was studying me. Or wanting me.

But even I couldn't deny the fact that I liked the way he looked at me. I know that I was thinking crazy things right now but who wouldn't want to be stared at like that but an Alpha? By this Alpha.

I somewhat found myself calming down and relaxing but that didn't change the fact that the young man was still naked. The goddess help my soul, I was trying so hard not to even think about the outstanding features of that which he carried in between his legs. But one thing was for sure, Talon was fine and handsome as hell.

"What is going through your mind right now, Tania? Do you think I am a pervert?" He asked.

"What? No!"

Of course not. Why would he think of such a thing? That was way dissimilar to what I was thinking. If only he knew how attractive I thought he was especially seeing him in full regalia. And when I say regalia, I meant you know...

"I am going to have my bath now," a smile curved out from his lips and damn it, it made him look more handsome. It was as if I was seeing him smile for the first time. Then he took a few steps towards me, that smile still crest on his face and to my utmost surprise, I did not move an inch. "We haven't even started yet, Tania. I asked you if you would like to watch but it seems you are not so pleased," then he ran his fingers through my hair. "But don't worry, I will make sure to impress you next time," he smirked.

I can swear that standing this close to him set my body on fire. It was just the same way as when we were in the woods. When he saved me. The only difference right now was that we were not in a serious situation and he was speaking to me in a fruity way.

"Wait here. I will go and have my bath now and I promise that it won't be long." He promised.

"Please don't come out naked," I muttered, unaware if he heard it or not.

"Are you scared?"

I guess he heard me after all.

"No. Just don't come out naked," my tone, so low that it sounded as though I was pleading.

"Alright then. I won't." A smirk appeared on his face as he stepped away from me and went towards a door within the room. I guess that was where his bathroom was and he opened the door and smiled at me before disappearing into the dark passage.

For the fact that he had a bathroom of his own and it was situated in his room, then he was indeed mighty. Not many could enjoy such a privilege. You had to be a royal blood or a noble person to enjoy such privileges. Why was I even worrying about that right now! Talon was an alpha -- a clear explanation why he enjoyed such a privilege.

Seeing that I was alone in the room, I finally let out the strained air that was stuck in my throat throughout the naked show. This man was crazy but I liked it in some type of way.

I sat on the bed with my elbows resting on my thighs and my palms covering my face and as I shut my eyes, I was revisited with flashes of his nudity again. I immediately released my hands from my face and opened my eyes -- that way I wouldn't have to see things anymore.

So this was what he meant by "would I like to watch?"

Suddenly I found it amusing. That was such an unexpected twist right there. Who would have thought that what Talon wanted to show him was... his thing? Well I guess this was just the beginning as he said.

Shortly after that, Talon walked into the room covered in a towel (at least he wasn't naked this time) -- his black hair was wet from the water and that was when I noticed how curly it looked. For a minute I was dumbfounded at him. He seemed to have different shades of handsomeness at different times. With the way some strands of his hair rested on his forehead with water dripping from it onto the floor. His chest looked strong and fine like bronze and I wondered what it would look like during the day.

He picked up a smaller towel from the hanger and began to dry himself with it, then he turned to look at me.

I didn't want him to notice that I had been staring at him for a long time and so I had to cover up. "Umm... I think it's my turn now," I hurried my steps towards the bathroom door and he held my wrist before I could even reach the door knob.

"Are you going to enter the bathroom?" He asked, referring to my dirty clothes.

I could swear that this man was staring into my soul with the way he was looking at me but then he released a shocker from his lips.

"Strip."
