Prologue

"There have been a number of children reported missing in various regions of Los Santos Liberty over the last couple of weeks; we believe this is simply one criminal organization of individuals abducting children; find out what is going on and save those children." He said this as he handed me a white folder. "These are the missing children's names and other information; there are 15 in all, and we've noticed that the ages of the kids they're abducting are all around 12-14 years old."

I'm in my Grandfather's S.A.H office, where I've just returned from the last mission in Egypt and am about to start on the next mission that my grandfather has assigned to me.

"Where was the last kidnapping?" I said as I continued to read all of the information regarding the children.

"Here at our headquarters," he said, and I looked at him puzzled.

"What do you mean?" he sighed as he pressed the switch on his right table, which immediately activated the large flatscreen.

"This is the CCTV from our trainees' dormitories last night; her name is Klara Jane, 14 years old, and she went out even though it was curfew time."

She went out after curfew? This girl rock violating the rules. As I looked at her on the monitor, I shrugged. The west side of the Havvard Dormitory will be seen.

You can see on all of the CCTV that girl Klara went down from the third level and to the field. However, after a minute, three guys jump from the large brick barrier. They are dressed in full black, have a mask on their face, and carry firearms and knives in their waist belt.

After then, Klara is no longer visible to the CCTV cameras. As if she knows where all of the CCTV cameras are. She's quite careful, huh? However, the two men are also going towards the field.

The other guy, however, runs to the southwest of the Havvard, where the CCTV monitoring headquarters is located.

"Please tell me there is someone at the cctv headquarters," I groaned. I moved my gaze to the second screen, where Klara had already been seized by the two males. She was attempting to fight back while being captured. However, as the black male broke the entrance to the CCTV headquarters and entered, all of the CCTV blacked out.

"Unfortunately, they told me there were no guards at the monitoring headquarters last night since they were inspecting the stadium as well," my grandfather explained. When I heard what he said, my brow furrowed.

"We have hundreds of guards, how could that happen? Their reasoning is nonsense; the girl was taken so quickly. She wouldn't be abducted if there were guards watching it."

"I know Uno, I already began investigating all the guards who were on duty yesterday night; you handle the kidnapping investigations here in New Los Santos Liberty, while I tackle the mole within the N.S.A.H."

I gazed at him blankly, observing his movements. "Are you okay?" I said, forcing him to stop reading files.

He lifted his brows at me and sighed, "What did I tell you?" he questioned, looking me in the eyes. "You are not permitted to ask such questions, to be concerned, or to care about someone!"

"You seemed stressed lolo," I said, oblivious to his words to me.

He sighed at me before taking his wine bottle and pouring it into his glass. "I'm fine, Anastasia; I've been the head of N.S.A.H. for 55 years; there's a lot going on in this country that we need to focus on," he said as he drank his wine straight.

N.S.A.H. stands for National secret agents of Havvard. Havvard is a New Los Santos Liberty, or NLSL, a secret government organization. Mr. Santiago Grey, my grandfather, has been the head of N.S.A.H for the past 55 years. He is also the one who trained me how to be an agent when I was six years old.

N.S.A.H. is also protecting people around the world. We are protecting and fighting major criminals all across the world, especially inside the new Los Santos Liberty. Havvard is training individuals to fight and be good agents in the future. Havvard University is divided into three levels. The Bronze level is where beginners begin training in hand-to-hand fighting. The silver, where the agents begin training with various knives and guns. Finally, they will go to the Gold level, where they will learn how to use various bombs, how to extract information from individuals, how to work as a team, and, most importantly, how to kill people. Havvard is a massive government agency. It has a large field for the agents to practice on, dormitories, the Maze, garden, and event spaces.

"For your weaponry in this mission," he stepped to the side of the office and pressed a green button, causing the wall to open and reveal all of the various guns and weapons. I smirked, my eyes gleaming as I looked at them.

"These are the AMT AutoMag III and AMT Hardballer." He handed me the two beautiful guns, as well as the bag in which where will I store them.

"last for the guns, the Heckler & Koch HK417 is a battle rifle and designated marksman weapon," he said again, handing me the last sniper before pressing the green button making the wall close again.

"Uno," he said, causing me to stop zipping the bag. He laughed and pressed the button on the opposite side of the room. When I saw all the knives and bombs, my mouth hung wide.

"You can acquire anything you want here for the mission," he remarked, making my heart skip a beat. As I got closer to his spot, I came to a complete halt. I get the Concussion, Stun, and Explosive grenades. Balisongs, a dagger, a straight back, and a spear point are all the weapons I get.

I carefully place everything into the weapon bag and strap it on my back. I salute him as I stand in front of him.

"I'll go now," I murmured, and he responded with a nod and a faint smile. I turned back and began going towards the exit door. But just as I turned to close the door, he spoke again.

"It's been a year Anastasia, Tres is not coming back; your team is waiting for you," he stated, leaving me dumbfounded for a time, but I didn't look back or respond. I hurriedly open the door and go out.

Every Havvard agent is part of a team. After completing the three levels, you will be allocated to a team. I'm Anastasia Grey, and I'm the leader of the N.S.A.H Alpha Group. The Alpha group consists of five agents, including myself.

As I exited the main building of headquarters in the south, I strolled through the corridors and turned right. I know where to begin the mission: the cctv monitoring quarters.

"Good morning, Agent Uno," I heard the agent say. But all I did was raise an eyebrow at him and continue stepping inside the CCTV room.

Everything is a horrible mess here. The controllers are no longer operational, and the other monitors are broken. They demolish everything here after deleting the film from the previous night and turning off the CCTV. The good news is that our system has a backup mechanism, which is why the footage was recovered.

"We discovered some fingerprints in the controller, and it was sent to the lab for analysis."

As I was searching through my stuff, I heard him speak again in my back. I nodded slowly as I considered what he said.

"It seemed strange because the three males on the CCTV footage were wearing gloves."

"Perhaps it was from the guards who were watching here," I speculated as I continued to inspect the area.

"It didn't match Uno," I groaned as I saw him take a seat in one of the seats. "Do you believe the Havvard has a mole inside?" he questioned, distraught.

I kept a blank expression on my face as I gazed at him. "Why are you asking me?" I retorted. "Because you're Uno, you know everything, and you're amazing at investigating," he explained

I looked at him from head to toe and rolled my eyes. "Get out," I ordered, making him stare at me in surprise. "W-what?" he inquired, surprised. "Agents don't ask foolish questions; we investigate and discover answers on our own. If you want to find the answers to your questions, get out here and work your ass."

He stood up and dashed outside. I watch him disappear from my sight before returning to inspecting the area.

I stopped and walked away after a few minutes of hunting for hints. Except for the fingerprint that they discovered, there is no trace left. I'll need to look for further hints. hmm... What did I overlook?

I took my phone from my pocket and re-watched the CCTV clip. But as I look at it I detect something strange about their mask. I zoom in, my brows furrowed, as I notice a symbol in the upper left corner.

I quit the video and proceed to my contacts, where I call a member of my team. He answered after three rings.

"Uno?" he inquired, addressing me. I sighed and fake a coughed

"I'll send you some screenshots from last night's kidnapping; verify the symbol and tell me what it means or where it's connected," I added, cutting the call short. I turn off my phone and go to the parking lot to find my car as soon as I send the screenshot.

As I got into my car, I closed my eyes and sighed. My grandfather was correct; it's been a year, and this is my first call to one of my members. I worked on my own for the last few years. I leave my team behind since Tres perished that day. I go on missions by myself.

I turned on my car's engine and drove to my house.

"There was an envelope delivery from your father earlier, Ms. Anastasia," I turn around to see my butler waiting at the bottom of the staircase. "What is it?" I asked, but he only forced a little smile on me, forcing me to open the envelope to see for myself what was inside.

My brows furrowed as I examined the paper containing a one-million-dollar cheque. I return my gaze to my butler and hand him the money. "You know what to do," I remarked as I turned to walk upstairs.

"Why are you refusing your father's money, Ms. Anastasia?" he asked again, causing me to stop in the middle of the stairs. Why am I refusing to accept it?

"Because I don't need it; just do what I said, okay? Give it to a charity or others who need it more." I dash to my room and shut the door.

Since I was a child, Butler John has served as my butler. And as I grew older, he was the one who looked after me after my father disappears and my mother died. After my seventh birthday, I never saw or spoke to my father again. But he sends me money every month. I initially told my butler to find a way to return the money to my father, but the money was still in my bank account the next morning. I tried to find him using the bank transaction and address he used, but when I discovered it wasn't his account and the address didn't exist, I gave up. Why would you look for someone who doesn't want to be found?

My grandfather does not want me to search for him as well. He said it was a waste of time seeking for my father, and he was correct. My parents own this house. It’s a big Mediterranean house. When I accomplish a mission, I stay here. But I live in a condo close to Havvard.

I jump to my bed and shut my eyes. It's been a long time since my surroundings have been so quiet. I arrived back from a mission in Egypt. I've been away for eight months. It took me months to return home, and now I'm resting up for my new mission. I need to complete this mission as soon as possible because no one knows what they are doing to the children they abduct.

"Uno, I already have the information about the mark on their mask; it's an hourglass with a skull inside; it's also known as Momento Mori, which means remember that you will die,' and I've already sent it to you." Khalil sivistico, 28, also known as Sais of Alpha Group. He is the son of the Sivistico Mafia clan's chief. But his father convinced my grandfather to take him in and train him as an agent.

I opened my laptop to see what Khalil had sent me. I fixed my gaze on the symbol on their mask. It's a lot clearer now than it was in the CCTV tape.

"How about the fingerprint analysis that was sent to the lab?" I inquired.

"I acquired a copy of the file a while ago before I contacted you; I reviewed it, but you won't believe what I discovered; I discovered that it didn't match any living human," he replied, crossing my brow. "What in the world do you mean?"

"It didn't match any individual alive, but when they looked into it further, they discovered it was from a dead man."

"the fingerprint came from Lucian Villinne, 46 years old man who died on April 14, 2020, due to heart and renal failure; he had a wife who also died in a car accident, and their daughter was put to an orphanage; but as we trace his daughter, we discover that she was the first abducted."

I stand up and take the child information folder from the top of my side table. "What's his daughter's name?" I inquired as I reviewed every child and piece of information they provided. "Her name is Cassie Villinne, and she is 13 years old," he claimed. I found her name in the folder on the second last page. She's 4'7 tall and has been in the orphanage for a year. I went through her paperwork and the other children's information one by one. And as I looked into it further, I noticed something strange.

"Khalil? What is Mr. Lucian's blood type?" I inquired, double-checking my assumptions.

"Ahm...his blood type is +A," he replied, my eyes narrowing as I heard his response. His daughter has the same Blood type as his. But because it's his daughter, you might think it's natural.

"Have you noticed something, Khalil? Every kidnapped child was in an orphanage or had already been adopted, and their true parents are all dead," I stated. "What do you mean—what the hell? You’re right! I will check for more" he exclaimed, shocked after reviewing the data.  "I can't believe you didn't notice this shit," I stated emphatically.

I stood up and went to my closet to get changed. I'm wearing a black turtleneck, black leather leggings, and combat boots. I return to my laptop while braiding my hair and putting on my black scarf.

"I check all the prospects to see if everyone is connected; I see that all of the missing children's parents go to the NSL Memorial morgue, and I check the blood types  and  you're right, every kidnapped child has the same blood type as them; the only question is what are they doing?"

"That's what we're going to discover," I remarked as I shut off my laptop. I put on my earpiece and connected my watch to the havvard.

"Uno, where are you going?" he questioned, his voice panicked.

"I believe we can find answers at the NSL Memorial Morgue," I said as I closed my door and went downstairs.

"By yourself?! Are you insane?!" he exclaimed, making me roll my eyes. "This is my mission, Sais, and if I wait another second, all those children will be in even greater danger."

As I reached down, I dashed to my garage and got into my car. I was ready to depart when someone knocked on my window, forcing me to come to a complete stop. I pressed the button on my left side, which caused the window to open. When I saw my butler standing there, I was taken aback.

"What is it?" I said, my gaze fixed on his. He smiled and moved closer to me, almost touching my neck. I was taken aback by his actions, which left me dumbfounded. "Never forget your necklace," my hands move to my neck. It's a sapphire stone necklace given to me by my grandfather.

Before driving away to my house, I feigned a smile. It's been three days since I began this mission, and it's already 8:00 p.m. tonight. I didn't spend any more time and sped up to the NLSL Memorial Morgue. The NLSL Memorial mortuary is three hours outside of town. It was a long-distance, yet this is one of the most well-known morgues in New Los Santos Liberty.

My car was parked three streets away from the memorial morgue. I open my car trunk and grab all of my weapons. The alley is extremely dark, and the majority of the streetlights are out of power.

"I am inspecting the perimeter by satellite Agent Uno. I will transmit the blueprint of the building to your watch. There is an abandoned building 30 meters away from you." I take a look around and check my watch to see what Khalil has sent me.

"You're clear—-a there's car approaching; Agent uno, hide." I entered a little alley to hide. After about a second, I heard a car speeding down the road. As it passed through the alley where I was hiding, I dashed to the side to see where it was headed because the end of the road is the Memorial Morgue.

"Was that the target? Where did it stop Sais? Did it stop at the memorial morgue?"

"Yes, it stopped near the memorial morgue, and I believe that's the target Agent Uno," I came to a halt as I heard a strange voice in my earpiece. "Yes, it's me, you motherfucker! And I'm so pissed off right now that only Khalil is permitted to be a part of this mission!" Sabina exclaimed. I just shook my head and didn't say anything. It's Sabina Cole from the Alpha group. She is 28 years old and was previously a member of the Montero clan, but due to a major fight inside their clan, she was able to take it down on her own.

I went into the abandoned building that Khalil had mentioned to me earlier. Because of their debt, the government bank already owns the majority of the buildings in this area. It has ten floors, and I got to the rooftop in record time. That was so simple.

The NLSL Memorial Morgue is a massive structure. I promptly took out my sniper rifle and scoped out the area around the building. Everything is really dark, and all of the windows are covered with blinds.

"Do you have visions?" I inquired through my earpiece. "Give me a minute to enter their system," Dos said. I sighed and didn't say anything else. I'm going to strike Khalil in the face for telling Dos about this mission.

But after a minute, I heard a tremendous noise coming from this building's side alley. I move over to the opposite side of the rooftop and examine it for myself. My brows furrowed when I noticed the speeding car parked here.

"I got to their CCTV!" exclaims Dos, "but it's strange because I'm going through their system and there are three doctors who are still in the logbook, but there are no doctors in every room and floor of the building."

My eyes constrict as I consider. What are the three doctors doing in a mortuary at this hour with all the lights turned off, and whose car is this parked in the ally?

"I'm going in— someone's coming!" I dashed to a dark part of the rooftop to hide. I heard the door to the rooftop entrance open, and I could hear two men laughing.

"We need to find the last girl for this experiment so they can pay us now," one of the men remarked. Experiment? I go to get a better look and observe two men walking towards the rooftop railing. When I saw the, my lips curled into a smirk. They are the ones that are abducting the children! The two men appear to be in their 40s and are masculine and robust. The second man was holding a mask and cigarettes.

I take my knives and slide them into my hand—It’s showtime. As I approach them, making sure my combat boots make a noise. They appear startled as they glance about to see where it is coming from. As I already stated, it is really dark here, and my suit can alter and adapt to its surroundings.

"Who the hell are you?" they demanded to know. My eyes became cold, and my lips began to form a wicked smile. With the adrenaline pouring through my blood, I can feel my body getting thrilled.

"I'm here to bring you down," I stated flatly. I rapidly swat the man with the cigarettes with my knife. I make certain it lands on his chest. My unexpected attack stunned him and rendered him powerless.

"What the fuck?" the other man exclaimed. He stumbled forward, reeling from the hit, swinging blindly. The other man started attacking me with his punches and kick. He flew toward me, arms outstretched, ready to claw out my throat.

“What do you want from us?!" He screamed at me and His fist slammed into my jaw and I tasted a surge of coppery blood.

I curled my hand into a fist and aimed for the front of his nose. My fist hits the bridge of his nose. His blood splattered all over the ground of the rooftop.

I drew my pistol from the back of my waist and pointed it at him. He raised his hands in the air and looked down at his companion, who was lying on the ground.

"You have to give me answers," I said. He groaned and immediately nodded to me, but I moved my gun to his knee and shot it.

He screamed and made a lot of noise. I reach them, take out my metal handcuffs, and place them on their hands. I'm already sitting in front of them after a few minutes, while they're sitting on the ground with their shackles.

"Dos and Sais, I got the kidnappers," I stated as I held my earpiece and pushed the button. I looked at my watch and saw it was already past midnight.

"So you're an agent, huh?" the man asked. "Yes, and you will answer every question I will ask you," I said, looking at him.

"Why are you snatching children?" I questioned, fiddling with my knife. "We can't answer that," they said. I smirked and raised an eyebrow at them. "Really?" I shrug my shoulders, stab his shoulders, and shrug my shoulders again. "Ahh! Okay, we'll answer!" he cried.

I remained silent, waiting for them to speak. "That's what the boss told us to do for the experiment."

"Yeah, what's the deal with that experiment?"

"Shut up, Lorenzo! Dr. X is going to murder us!" shouted the man I stabbed in the chest. "Maybe you're correct, but if he still sees you alive by then," I smirked, looking at the man named Lorenzo.

"Now, Lorenzo, tell me about the experiment."

"Dr. X gave us a list of children who are in the orphanage and have already been adopted to kidnap, saying it's for his experiment to bring the dead back to life. We bring the children to the morgue's basement and then we don't really know what they're doing, but yesterday, the other member of our group didn't go out because Dr. X stated he needs him because he's one of the experiments."

My hands were cold and stiff as I stared at them. What on earth are they talking about?!

I swiftly stand up and re-holster my gun. The boy cries and begs. His voice twitches. “Don’t kill me, don’t kill me…” I can smell how scared he is. I look at him the eyes blankly, "Thank you for your information, fuckers," I coldly remarked before shooting them in the head. There were two gunshots heard.

"Sais, Dos! Tell them I need an ambulance!" I almost slide and fly down the building. I went out to the side alley where two men's cars were parked. I went to the driver's side seat and smashed the window.

The inside of the car is a disgusting mess, and it stinks! I opened the small container and took what was inside. There are numerous papers, but what has caught my interest are the photographs of children who have been kidnapped. They truly did stalk and plan everything. Klara, on the other hand, makes it simpler for them because she is going out that night.

I get out again and run as fast as I can to the side of the NLSL memorial morgue building.

"Agent Uno, your backup is on its way; I'll open the back door of the building to you on the west side," Khalil stated. I approached the exit door and carefully turned the doorknob.

"I need to go to the basement," I explained. My watch starts up automatically. I opened it and saw a red dot that indicated where I was and the layout of this building.

As I walked in, I prepared all of my knives and two firearms. "Agent Uno, all the floors and rooms are clear. There is no CCTV in the basement."

I took a walk around the reception area. It's quite dark, and you won't be able to see anything. I double-check my watch to see where the building's fire exit stairs are.

"Uno, the data senses someone is approaching," Dos informed.

I entered the fire exit stairs and immediately descended. I didn't use the elevator because it would have killed me.

As I approached the door once more. I cast a glance around to check whether there is anyone protecting the corridor. When I spotted someone approaching, I quickly crouched down to ensure that my body was not visible.

I opened the door gently and quickly—"Fuck!" I cursed. The guard grabbed my neck with his left hand and squeezed it till I choked. He slammed me toward the wall, causing my head to hit it.

"Who are you?" he asked calmly. While attempting to break free from his choking, I locked my gaze on his eyes. I notice his badge, which looks familiar to me, and yell quietly, "Get away from me, you fucker!" He appeared surprised when he also saw my small pin in my right chest and swiftly removed his hands from my neck. I coughed loudly as I stared at him warily.

"Fuck you! You almost killed me!" I raged at him. But I was taken aback when, instead of being insulted, he chuckled. Unbelievable fucker.

"I'm sorry, I assumed you were one of them," he apologized to me. I almost rolled my eyes at him, but I forced a blank expression on my face.

I got my knife on the ground and turned to walk away from him. I can't believe he just choked me! I am one of Havvard's top agents, yet this dude just choked me!

"Hey! Are you not going to introduce yourself to me?" he exclaimed as he ran up to me. But I didn't say anything to him and just kept walking.

"I'm Z from the Southvillegers police station, and I've been following this case," he stated once more. As we neared the end of the hallway. I came to a halt as I noticed shadows coming.

But he wasn't aware because he kept talking to me. I slid my silencer attachment onto my pistol and dashed out the door, surprising the guards.

"Hey! who are you—-" I swiftly drew my gun and aimed it at the three guards.

"How did you do that?" I overheard this guy named Z asks. I rolled my eyes and lifted my brows at him. I can't help myself any longer!

"Perhaps if you did a little less talking and a little more watching, you'd figure it out," I said angrily.

I heard him mumble something but didn't bother to ask what it was. The hallways are completely white, giving the impression that it is a frightening place. As we continued down the corridor, we noticed a lot of doors with labels. I came to a halt and held my earpiece.

"Dos, I'm already in the basement; make sure the ambulance and backup are already in place and don't attack as long as I didn't give the sign." I said, “Noted Agent Uno” she responded.

"So you're a real agent. NCIS? NBI?" he asked,  I look at this guy who was beaming at me. What a weirdo, I thought.

"Stop asking questions you're not supposed to know, and how about we split up and go through these doors to find the kids?" I remarked flatly to him.

He grinned and looked at me. "So we're partners?" he said again. I rolled my eyes at him as I opened it again.

"Fine, but don't do anything stupid"
