CHAPTER SIX
( ALPHA LANDON'S POV)I was livid with anger when I saw the bruises on her body.Who was inhumane enough to do this to her?I had suffered for a long time, searching for my mate.I even gave up searching, and resigned myself to fate.However, the Silver moon pack was invited to the Midas pack a fortnight ago.It was to form a truce, they had said.And there, I had seen my mate, the one who made my heart tingle.Right there and then, I knew she was the one.However, she had been dressed in a common dress. It was only after I had done my investigation, did I find out that she was the Alpha's daughter.If there were bruises on her body, it meant they had done this to her."Your pack members did this to you right?" I rasped.I knew I looked frightening at that moment, however, I didn't care.All I wanted was to kill the ones who had hurt my beloved."I'll be back." Without waiting for her response, I made to walk out of the room."Wait," She grabbed my wrist."Where are you going to?" She asked in a worried tone.At the thought that she might be worried for me, my heart melted a little."I'm going to the Midas pack. Tell me, who did this to you?!!!" I thundered making her flinch."Were you going to leave before I told you who did it?" She asked staring straight into my eyes.I didn't respond. I watched her calmly."It was self inflicted. And please do me a favor." She said."What favor?" My breaths came out in short little pants."Promise me that you won't cause a trouble at my pack." She dipped her gaze."That would be a hard thing to do." I looked away."Please." Tears began cascading down her cheeks."Alright. Stop crying then. The maids will be here anytime soon. I'll be in my room." I hurried out of the room.I didn't offer to clean her wounds, because I may lose it if I did.The Midas pack.... CHAPTER SEVEN.A week later.The Silver moon pack.( JULIANA'S POV )I was silently in my room reading a novel Phoenix had given me, incase I became bored.The door creaked open, startling me.I got up, and looked towards the entrance.Who could it be?There was no movement from the other end. CHAPTER ONE.( JULIANA'S POV )"That is your reward for talking back at me." Kathy hissed.The other werewolves looked at the spectacle which was unfolding in front of them, while whispering in hushed voices."Did you just slap me, mother?" I raised my head, and stared at the woman in front of me. The one who I had come to address as my mother, Luna Kathy."One more word from you, and you will be exiled from the pack. CHAPTER TWO.( JULIANA'S POV )I woke up with a splitting headache which was so bad that I couldn't keep my eyes open immediately I opened them.My eyes landed on the white ceiling as I tried to recall the last thing that had happened.Where was I?I forced myself up, and calmly looked around the spacious room.My eyes widened at the splendor of it. CHAPTER THREE.( JULIANA'S POV )After contemplating for a while, I rushed toward him, and shook his body."Wake up, Mister." He showed no sign of waking up, even as my shove became rough.My slender fingers inched towards his hood, and I pushed it away,'Hiss.' My breath hitched as my eyes landed on the most angelic face I've ever seen.He looked just like a demi god! No, he was definitely not handsome, but beautiful!I drooled at his face, untill his voice roused me from my thoughts."Entranced, hunhh?"I could sense the playfulness beneath his tone. CHAPTER FOUR. ( ALPHA LANDON'S POV )I banged my fists furiously on the table, as I sauntered into my room.I gazed at my reflection on my mirror, and I groaned.How dare he! My first encounter with my mate had been ruined because of him.I clenched my fists and headed towards my bed, plopping myself down on it.I was Landon, the Alpha of the Silver moon pack.
