4. Don't Give Yourself To Him!

Author's POV

Rosetta sat at the dining table as everyone left. She was thinking about what her father has offered. 

There wasn't much to think, she wasn't ready for this marriage. Whoever that man is, he will come with expectations. She have to love him, act like a wife and behave like modest woman for which Rosetta wasn't ready. Marriage isn't simple thing, it comes with responsibilities. 

Rosetta wasn't fan of feeling of love, she has seen her father and mother and she still can't understand their relationship. Why would someone love other person like that, why there is so much passion and obsession. Why her father is so scared to lose her mother. Why her mother is always there to protect her father, she is ready to die for him. Rosetta couldn't find any logic behind it. People in love does foolish things and she is not a fool.

She made her mind that she will reject this proposal, she wasn't ready to take someone's expectations. Rosetta was not ready for any kind of physical or emotional relationship. 

She stood up and head towards her parents room to say no. She knocked on the door but got no response. The door was open so she hesitantly opened it and instant regret flashed on her face. 

Damian was fiercely kissing Rose. Her hair was in his tight fist and she was caged against the wall. Even after years and three children their passion was full on fire. 

Rosetta closed the door and went back downstairs like she haven't witnessed anything. This is what she can't understand, how can people be this addicted.

"Rosa?"

She heard familiar voice and looked at the person. 

"Uncle Jackson... Good morning"

She greeted him and Jackson smiled. 

"You didn't come to practice so I came to look for you... Arthur told me about The marriage thing... You wonna talk about it..."

Jackson asked. He knows that Rosetta is not good in sharing her feelings. He has seen her growing up and understands her behavior and nature. Jackson has always treated Rosetta like his own daughter. 

"I was going to say no... But Dad is busy. Mom was angry so he is dealing with her..."

She replied. 

Jackson looked up towards their room and smiled sadly. Rose was his childhood love and he couldn't have her. The pain was still there and he can't even express it. 

"Let's go outside... I need to talk to you..."

He placed his hand on her shoulder and led her outside.

"What about Vlad, is he still doing that?..."

Jackson asked. He is the only person who knows about it. 

"Yes..."

Rosetta replied unbothered like she isn't getting stalked by Russian mafia don. 

"Did you find out what is he upto?... I have a feeling he is planning something..."

Rosetta asked. 

Jackson sat in the garden and Rosetta sat beside him. 

"He is planning to kill your family... If not directly then indirectly. Then he will take you... And the news is hundred percent true. He is psycho..."

Jackson informed and Rosetta's blood started boiling. 

"Rosetta I think it's time to tell everyone, I know you want to deal with it by yourself but things are getting complicated. Rose will deal with him..."

Jackson suggested. 

"No, I can handle it... This is my problem and I won't let him hurt my family. He can't kill my family, mom won't let that happen. We just have to stop him somehow..."

She suggested.

"Then get married..."

Jackson said and she frowned at him. 

"May be he will lose interest... Once you are away from these people he won't focus on them... Think about it Rosetta... He will definitely get distract if you marry someone else... Don't give yourself to him at any condition..."

"Marriage means expectations and emotional attachment, I am not ready..."

Rosetta denied. 

"This is an agreement Rosetta... It's not a normal marriage. Put your conditions first, if he is ready then only accept it and if not then no one is forcing you..."

Jackson patted her back.

"Think smart... Because your enemy is strong..."

Rosetta started thinking about it. Jackson was right, there is no way she is going to give herself to Vlad. 

"Fine... I'll think about it..."

She sighed.

"Come, let's go to the practice. Everyone is there..."

Jackson said. 

They went towards the practice ground. Her brothers, Arthur and Oliver were already practicing. 

"Oliver you fight with Rosa... Arthur you will be next."

Jackson ordered. 

Rosetta was strongest among triplets. She has defeated her brothers many times. 

But they are improving day by day. 

"No, we will fight together... Fight with both of us... Let's see how strong you are."

Arthur challenged. they both are big, build like tanks and Rosetta has small figure compare to them. She knows that whenever she defeats them, their ego hurts. But it doesn't stop her from achieving her victory. 

Rosetta didn't reply, she took off her hoodie leaving herself in tank top and slim fit trousers. She stood in the ground with confident look but she was angry. And the reason was Vlad, how dare he threaten her family. And her brother's mocking words were fuelling her anger, they loose almost everyday still their manly ego doesn't accept that she is stronger among them. She was well aware of their weaknesses and can easily win. 

Oliver attacked her first, after blocking few blows and kicks Rosetta gave him flying kick on the face and he landed on the ground. Arthur ended up in the same condition after few minutes. Both brothers were hissing in pain while Rosetta was standing proudly with victory smirk. 

"I don't need to prove my strength to you... You know who is stronger..."

She said and turned around but Her smirk disappeared when she saw Her mother entering the Fighting ground. 

Rose gestured the brothers to get out of the ground and took off her jacket. Rosetta knows that she is challenging her and Fight with her mother means defeat and pain. 

Rose stood in front of Rosetta. 

"Take your position and attack..."

Rose ordered.
