“Eli, Focus! What the hell are you doing?”

Eden commanded in a serious tone as he attacked me more fiercely.

I was already tired after training for so long. Drops of sweats formed on my forehead as my ragged breathings were echoing in the empty and vast hall. I still swung my spear while taking a huge leap backward. I was trying my best to defend myself from his sharp and attacking moves.

However, it annoyed Eden more and his attacks became more furious. While approaching me, he commanded again in a grave voice, “Don’t try to block my attacks only. You need to attack me and defeat me or the fight will go on for eternity.”

“Defeat you? Is that even possible in this lifetime?” I asked in a breathy tone as I smoothly dodged his attack, leaping behind him. I tried to attack Eden from behind but his movements were as fast as the lightning. He swiftly blocked my attack as he suggested, “You need to attack faster than this, Eli.”
