I heard voices but they were only echoes in my mind and for a brief moment I had thought that I was going crazy. Memories flashed before my eyes. Of Marcus and I, locked in the cells of that lab. Doctors doing their rounds and scientists not far, jotting down our results in charts that were unable to be seen.
