"No," I told her as she stood on the ground, her eyes bloodshot and it pained me to see her having a hard time.
But I can't let her go. It'll kill me.
I won't let this happen.
She looked at me painfully.
"Please..." she pleaded. "This relationship started wrong anyways. For all we know, you don't even love me and you're just being caught up in this stupid wedding so now, you think you love me. Loving me isn't your responsibility," she whispered and somehow, I felt a sharp pain in my chest.
