CHAPTER 8

"TODAY, we have reached level three of our Suicide Cup Event. Your points will determine if you are going to stay... or be eliminated. Good luck, contenders! The Domina will show you the score board later. Relax and be prepared." Just like that, the speaker went off. I put my bottle of water down and sat on the bench. 

Eula isn't here which is very odd. She didn't send me a text nor did she visit my house. I wonder where that witch went. She just have to make sure that it's important or else I'm gonna skin her alive.

I took off my coat because I was sweating so much. We are currently in the big quadrangle and preparing for the game later.

I rolled my eyes around and decided to text Eula.

'Witch, where are you?'

I hit send and stood up from the bench. Maybe it's time for me to tour here, I never had the chance to tour this school even though I'm always with Eula.

I grabbed my bag and laid my coat on my left shoulder. I don't know where to start, this school is too big for me to fill the remaining forty-five minutes I have as my vacant.

I started to walk when suddenly my stomach growled. Geez, I haven't had breakfast in the morning. And since Eula always takes me to the cafeteria, I have memorized the way to get there.

I went straight to it and ordered what I could eat. I was in the middle of a meal when a woman approached me. Her eyebrows were raised and she was holding a glass of orange juice. If she will try to pour that thing on me, I swear I will do the same with my tray of foods.

It's really like that, isn't it? Those are the ones I watch on televisions e '.

"Miss? Were you the one Froze talked to the other day?" She asked frowning. She is tall and has blonde hair. In fact, she looks like a model.

"Yes, why?" I replied.

"Tell him to come back to our house and talk to me. Please tell him I didn't mean what I told him the other day. I regret saying it." I raised an eyebrow and burst out laughing.

"What am I? A message sender? You even made me a servant." She frowned and took a piece of paper from inside his bag.

"Name your price. How much money do you want?" I stared for a moment at the check she took out and burst out laughing.

"Okay, I get it. I'm not famous but are you serious? You don't know me?" I asked in disbelief.

"Why, who are you?" She seemed impatient to ask.

"I'm Florence Mil, Servancio Mil's only daughter. I'm a drag racer too." I said with mixed pride. Her eyes widened and she looked at me in disbelief.

"O-oh? Is that so?" she stuttered.

"Eh, you? Who are you miss? And just for your information, I'm not close to that weakling so don't order me around." I said and stood up. She took a step backwards and took a paper from her bag.

"Okay, just give this to him ... please? He doesn't want to talk to me." I stared at her for a moment before taking it. Whatever, she looks like a begging dog so give it a go.

After that, I wandered around the whole school. I just found myself inside a garden. I stared in amazement at every tree and flower around. I wonder how could a paradise like this be found inside this school? Amazing!

I decided to climb the tree and get some air. One thing I loved the most is this. The peaceful and quiet ambience, that feeling of being alone but not lonely.

I suddenly remembered that witch. He is always with me whenever I do a prank. I pulled my phone out and checked if she replied but to my dismay, she hasn't even seen it!

I tried calling her but she's out of reach. Where the heck is that witch?

"Boo!" I screamed and almost fell when someone spoke from behind me.

"Froze?!"

"Hold my hand, stupid," he said. Then I noticed that I was clinging to the branch of the tree. I removed one of my hands and placed it in his hand. He pulled me up causing me to return to my previous position.

"What are you doing here? Do you know that this is a restricted area?" he asked frowning.

"No, would I get in here if I knew?" I replied sarcastically.

"Ah, you're really stupid." He whispered.

"Maybe it's you who is stupid? You know this is a restricted area, why did you enter? Haha stupid!" I teased. That's when I realized that I'm still holding his hands. I immediately let go of it and wiped my hand.

"Tss .." I heard him mumbled. He leaned closer to me causing me to swallow hard.

"W-what are you doing?" I stuttered. He is getting closer and closer to me ... wait ... is he going to kiss me ?! Waaaaaa! No way!

"Stupid, do you think I would kiss you? In your dreams." I opened my eyes slowly and saw him smiling.

"There's a leaf hanging on your head, stop imagining things." My jaw dropped and I looked at him in disbelief. This man! Seriously?!

"You! Arrrgh!" I muttered and almost jumped from the tree. Too annoyed, I started to go down. I can feel the heat crept to my face. I'm blushing! What the hell!

I heard him chuckled which angered me more. I was stunned when I remember something. I took the piece of paper from the pocket of my uniform and threw it at him.

"A message from your girlfriend!" I said and ran away. Dude, nothing is more embarrassing than what I did today! Argh, bad luck really comes to me when Eula's not with me.
