Chapter thirteen: Scared you will lose?

As they drew closer to the glassy doors, Skyler lengthened his stride and held the door open for the blonde to precede him.

" Who said chivalry is dead, " Adriana mumbled with a smile as she passed through the door.

" Not me, " Skyler muttered following through.

There were a lot of cars parked in the garage and Adriana's Lexus was lost in the midst of them. She pressed her key button trying to locate where she parked. A look of frustration appeared on her face when she couldn't pinpoint the sound of her car.

" You don't know where you parked? " There was a note of disbelief on Skyler's face when he noticed the blonde pressing on her car key in frustration. Great. He just agreed to waste his time.

Adriana ignored him and continued to trace the sound as she pressed on the keypad in her hand.

" Found it! " she exclaimed excitedly.
