Natalie only wanted to say one thing: she was too obsessed with this enemy.

But she still calmly reached out to him, "Hello, Mr. Morgan."

They looked at each other with indifference and distance.

However, Minister Mark saw the complexity between the two, took a sip of wine, then said meaningfully, "I think you two are already familiar with each other; no need for introductions, let's get straight to the point."

Back then, Samuel and Natalie got married, although not everyone knew. Relatives, friends, and people in the upper class all knew that Minister Mark was a good friend of Mrs. Morgan, so of course, he knew them too.

Natalie smiled shyly, "I'm so happy, the battle will end quickly."

When she was about to take her hand back, Samuel reached out and grabbed her fingertips, his eyes sharp: "Hope your proposal can pass the test."

"Mr. Morgan, you don't need to be polite. Just ask." Natalie raised her eyebrows, then took her hand away without a trace.

Her body felt very weak, and when she touched his warm palm, it was like hot coals burning her skin, impossible to ignore.

She didn't like this feeling.

"Sorry, Minister Mark, I'm going to the bathroom," Natalie said apologetically.

Minister Mark nodded.

The rushing water washed her fingertips, and the burning sensation gradually disappeared.

Natalie looked at her absentmindedly in the mirror, suddenly laughing self-deprecatingly.

"Natalie, what role are you playing today?"

A man was leaning against the bathroom door, his body stretched by the warm sunlight, and he was alone.

Natalie saw his profile in the mirror, with sharp features and a perfect jawline, coupled with a cold and stern expression; he exuded his own charm.

Rich, handsome, and elegant, no wonder Lily returned after seven years.

Natalie looked away, took out some hand sanitizer, rubbed her hands seriously, then said coldly: "Don't you see? Today I'm just a project manager; the survival of the project is in your hands."

Samuel still stared at her fingertips. The more he rubbed, the colder his eyes became.

"What if I say the proposal won't be approved?"

Natalie wiped the water droplets on her hands, carefully applied a layer of hand lotion, and slowly replied: "Then forget it."

She didn't lack this small project, but she just felt that this was a waste of this feng shui treasure.

Her indifferent attitude finally angered Samuel, and he reached out to pull her back.

Natalie nimbly dodged, and when she continued, her cold little face was covered with a thin layer of anger: "Mr. Morgan, please respect others, don't do unnecessary things."

Samuel's hand was suspended in the air; he quickly took it back in embarrassment.

He gently rubbed his fingertips, a cold expression appeared on his eyebrows, "Leave Nathaniel, I can give you a sum of money so you don't have to worry about food and clothing."

The fact that Nathaniel could make the Southern Chamber of Commerce famous all over the world and hold the city's economic lifeline in just ten years was enough to prove that he was not simple and could not be manipulated by a small woman like Natalie.

After all, she was Samuel's ex-wife; he didn't want her to become someone else's toy, living and dying for someone else without knowing it.

Natalie stopped, turned her head to look at him, and a mocking smile appeared in her bright eyes: "Since you rushed to give me money, I can't refuse. Do you think I will have nothing to eat or drink in this life? How much money do you have? What about 50 billion?"

"Natalie, don't be greedy." Samuel clenched his fists; his eyebrows were cold.

"Since Mr. Morgan is not sincere, don't pretend." Natalie raised her eyebrows, she let her hands hang down, her voice getting colder and colder: "Don't want to give up welfare, don't want to give money, is this how you talk?"

The two looked at each other, and the atmosphere suddenly became silent.

"Samuel, Miss Natalie, what are you two doing here?" Minister Mark walked over like a veteran cadre.

Natalie turned away and smiled at Minister Mark: "Minister Mark, how did you read the plan?"

Minister Mark smiled back, his face grimacing: "Samuel said it's okay, I've already signed it, didn't he tell you?"

Natalie was stunned, her smile paused for a few seconds, but she quickly regained her composure: "Then I will thank Chairman Morgan on behalf of my chairman."

She made it clear that she didn't want to accept his wishes and deliberately dumped the entire project on her brother.

As expected, Samuel's expression became even colder.

"Minister Mark, I still have things to do; I'll take my leave first," Natalie said.

Minister Mark sincerely praised: "Okay, if you have something to do, go do it quickly. You are still young and have achieved such achievements; you will definitely be a pillar of talent in the future."

"Thank you, Minister Mark, I will not disappoint you," Natalie said and turned around.

Samuel followed.

"Natalie, I want to talk to you about the Eastern Railway." He said in a low voice.

Natalie looked dissatisfied with this attitude, as if he was bothering her; his expression was so serious that no light could be seen. "If you want to discuss work, please make an appointment first. If you want to discuss private matters, I really don't have... time."

This time, Samuel did not follow.

But someone could no longer stand in the corner.

Holding the land use permit approved by Minister Mark, Natalie had just walked out of the yard when she was stopped on the side of the road.

"Natalie, why don't you want Samuel's money?" Lily held the small backpack on her shoulder tightly with both hands, looking up at her stubbornly. The short white skirt made her even more pale and weak.

After Lily was banned from the company, she stayed alone in the villa for several days. Then, she received an express mail, opened it, and found out that it was a donation certificate from the Charity Relief Fund. Her intuition told her that this was not easy. She looked it up online and found out that the donation amount was 2 billion.

Samuel's divorce compensation for Natalie was also 2 billion.

She immediately flew to New York.

Natalie didn't want Samuel's money, and she definitely didn't want that villa. What did she want?

"He gave too little," Natalie said bluntly, completely ignoring her.

"2 billion." Lily's weak voice finally got a little louder: "Money that ordinary people can't earn in their entire lives."

Natalie sneered, her eyes darkened, and she took half a step towards her: "How about I give you 2 billion, and you leave Samuel?"

Lily's tears fell like pearls, and her whole body felt like it had been hit hard. She fell to the ground, her voice weak as if she was about to cry: "I don't need your money, I just need Samuel, I won't leave him."

Natalie didn't even bother to roll her eyes and walked past her with her long legs: "It's up to you."

"Lily." The man's anxious voice rang out, accompanied by hurried footsteps, "Natalie, what did you do to her?"

Natalie stopped, turning her back to his cold and hard figure. She shrugged: "I don't know."

Lily burst into tears and said intermittently, "Samuel, Natalie wants to bribe me with money to leave you. If I don't agree, she will..."

Natalie was helpless and had to clap her hands in praise. She acted so well that she burst into tears.

Samuel's face darkened, his voice hoarse: "Natalie, we're already divorced, don't go too far."

Henry tapped the steering wheel lightly, smiling slightly: "Did I embarrass you today?"Natalie leaned back in her seat, glanced at him, and calmly said, "It's okay, it's best not to let yourself be surrounded by celebrities, losing all manners."She thought of Henry's embarrassed appearance when being dragged by those women, and the corner of her lips curled up into a smile.Henry's expression immediately changed. He stepped on the gas and sped away. "Women are so scary.""Huh?" Natalie snorted coldly."Except my sister."
