I woke up without Stephen by my side, when I left the room I saw him carrying the child. I can see the joy on his face as he looks at the sleeping child.

"Stephen, Manang has cooked, let's eat." I just smiled bitterly, they were like family...and I was just like an obstacle.

"I'll wake up Alyana for a moment---oh, you're already awake. Come, let's eat."

That's when he woke me up, when I opened my eyes I saw him first. But now...why does it seem different?

Just yesterday when he found out that Effren is his child, his face was sad yesterday because he and Vanessa had a child and now he is very happy.

I want to be selfish, I want to keep Stephen away from her but I feel sorry for the child, I don't want him to grow up without Stephen by his side.
