“I have been waiting,” the Weaver said as he stared at Amilia.

He was sitting on the couch; his back was leaning on the backrest and his arms were resting on the side of the couch. He looked very relaxed and was teasing Amilia but his tattered appearance of him was visible. There was also a Stray at his side looking menacingly at Amilia.

Amilia stood there, looking at her living room. It was like that day all over again. They had invaded her home and were acting like they own the place. Amilia steeled herself and confront the Weaver.

“What are you doing here?”

Amilia mentally patted her back when she managed to ask that question without her voice cracking. She was nervous and scared even but she didn’t want the Weaver to know any of that emotion. She wouldn’t break down in front of him again. She was strong now and she would put a front just so she can put an end to this.

“Miss me? I have been waiting for a long time.” the Weaver leaned back further on the backrest.
