“ You do it all the time. Tell me something new. ” Wolf sighs.
He leans towards the wall, resting his shoulder against it. His wrists are still bleeding and the wounds don’t look like they are going to heal anytime soon.
When a werewolf gets injured with silver, the wound takes a lot of time to heal anyway.
I set my lips in a thin line and drag my eyes to his face. Wolf’s eyes are closed now as he takes deep breaths.
He is weak. What did they do to him to make him so vulnerable?
Wolf opens his eyes after a moment and trains them on my hand which has dried blood all over it. I raise my palm to my eyes and heave a heavy breath.The wound has healed, probably due to Viktor’s blood that I drank.
“ You made a blood promise with the King? ” Wolf doesn’t sound surprised at all, as if he expected me to make this choice
